This unique multi-leveled 3BR/2BA home is located in South Austin near the Downtown entertainment hub. It’s 3 descending bedrooms wrap around our 3-tiered exterior patio deck.
We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee.

This home offers a prime South Austin location! Enjoy live music and food trucks at Radio Coffee and Beer on Menchaca Rd or stroll to local favorites like the legendary Broken Spoke and Matt’s El Rancho or Austin’s signature dining experiences at Loro, El Raval, Odd Duck and Uchi. Check out the local boutiques, food trucks, and vibrant nightlife of downtown near South First and Congress. It’s a short hop to downtown or day trips to the Hill Country amazing vineyards. Enjoy Lady Bird Lake, Zilker park and Barton Springs and it's hiking opportunities.
THE SPACE

The first bedroom is just off the foyer with direct access to the patio anchored by a majestic live oak tree.
The second bedroom is off the mid-level hallway that descends into the open-concept living space and kitchen.
The master bedroom is on the bottom level and includes an opulent ensuite full bathroom.
This home features custom architectural treatments such as Saltillo tile, tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and wrap-around rich sunlit windows. Original artwork and stylish high-end furnishings give the space character and warmth throughout.
COOKING: Release your inner chef in our fully-equipped galley kitchen. Gas range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, stainless steel and nonstick cookware, full set dishes, and silverware and cooking utensils.
Grill some BBQ on our fully furnished patio deck with a private wooded backyard and haunted orchid house.
Includes 1 gig Google fiber wifi, Samsung Smart TV with Netflix/Prime/Apple TV, clothes washer & dryer.
Due to liability concerns, the fireplace is not operational.
GUEST ACCESS
Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway and 1 street parking along the front of the property. No parking allowed in front of the Community Barrier Gate.
This is a multi-level descending single-story home. There are 3 levels from the entrance to the kitchen/living room. There are 2 steps with handrails between each of these levels. The fourth level into the master bedroom has five steps with handrail.
Due to liability concerns, the fireplace is not operational.
* Processing fees for cancelled reservations are non-refundable.
* No smoking or lit candles on the property. Discarded cigarette butts will incur a $50 cleaning fee and you may forfeit the entire rental deposit.
* No pets.
* This is a residential neighborhood. No loud noises or parties at any time. We take this very seriously and reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund if we receive complaints.
* No excessive trash or messes. Do not use towels or linens to clean up spilled liquid.
* Do not exceed the occupancy limit (6 guests) at any time.
* Do not use cutlery directly on the kitchen counter tops. Please use drink coasters on all wooden surfaces.
* Falsified reservations, such as reporting an incorrect number of guests to avoid per person fees or using fake IDs, will forfeit the entire rental deposit.
* The ring security system is DISARMED during your stay, please do not touch it’s keypad.
* If kitchen trashcan becomes full please place trash in outdoor receptacles on the right side of the house past the garage doors.
* The garage entrance door on the right side of front door is not to be used.
* Please do not use the wood swing in the front yard, it is for ornamental purposes only.
* Please respect the space and take care of it.
