Location near downtown
Chose based on proximity to downtown area. A main road coming into Dunedin was closed for major construction. A heads up about that from the property office when they left me a voicemail about checkin procedures a few hours before I arrived would have been helpful and appreciated so I could have planned a different route. Ended up in detour hell on a Friday afternoon, lost after driving 5 hours to get there. This unit is a 4th floor walk up, so if stairs are hard for you, not a good match. It’s also on the very end, nearest the street. If you stand at the right end of the room’s balcony and look closely you *might* be able to see a patch of the bay through the trees. The unit was as pictured, plus has an efficiency kitchen. I was just there for one night, didn’t need it, but can see how that would be nice to have for a longer stay. Bed very comfortable. Decor cute, beachy. Overall very clean, except the shower grout needs attention (black mold where the floor meets the wall underneath the shower head). The rest of the grout was clean and bright white.
