HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
Guests have access to the entire house and private pool and outdoor area.
****The resort is brand new, so while some areas are still under construction, the home is fully prepared for your stay. Please note that the resort’s clubhouse is currently under construction.****
•NOTE: During the construction of the Resort area, guests will have access to the Windsor Island Clubhouse.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

PARKING
• For Townhomes, a maximum of 3 vehicles can be parked in designated townhome parking areas;
• For Single-Family homes, parking is available in the garage and driveway. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars, and the garage can hold an additional 2 cars, unless it has been converted into a game room.
• Do not obstruct sidewalks.
• Side Street Parking: Vehicles may park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs;
• No Parking on landscaping: Parking on grass and irrigation areas is strictly prohibited;
• Vehicles found in violation will be towed.
• Security will provide a parking pass.
TRASH
• Valet trash pickup is daily;
• Please have trash in the container by the house by 7 am;
• All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs;
• Grocery bags are not allowed;
• Loose trash will not be picked up;
• No liquids are allowed;
• Boxes need to be folded flat.
DELIVERY
• All items must be delivered to the house, the clubhouse is not responsible for any deliveries;
• Amazon, UPS, and FedEx have access to make deliveries;
• The Post Office/Regular Mail is not permitted to make deliveries within the community.
• Please ensure that deliveries are scheduled to arrive during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing after delivery.
GENERAL RULES
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am;
• Any issues regarding a broken sprinkler, trash complaints, etc. please contact the Windsor Cay Front Desk team.
• Be considerate of noise levels in the community.
