The Space:
This 1-story home is great for hosting larger groups. There are 4 private bedrooms for your enjoyment. The house comes with a Gazebo, Pool, and Game room with a Pool Table. This house was meticulously staged, and has nice shades of cool blue paint for a nice calming effect. Beds are all very comfortable. Wifi is included and Smart TV for streaming.

Guest Access:
Very Quiet Residential Neighborhood.

Parking available in driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Very residential neighborhood, and close to shopping, restaurants and accessible to the highway. Less than 15 mins to Fremont st and the Strip. Close to convention center and Outlets

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no parties or events (We will terminate the stay for constant noise complaints, be warned!)

Quiet Time is After 10 PM. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

Things we need to go over for a relaxing incident-free stay!

1) NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
** By booking this home, ALL GUESTS hereby ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while in or upon the area. **

2) The pool is never heated; the pool will be the regular temperature for a Vegas pool in summer or winter. Nature controls the pool temperature!
***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason!

3) The AC should stay at 72 or higher, lowering the setting may cause the unit to overwork and freeze! This can stop air from flowing and a tech will need to be contacted. In high heat temperature cities like Las Vegas, it will take a couple of days for someone to take a look due to the high demand during hot summer.

4) Loud groups will be contacted and given one opportunity to bring the noise down before any further action is taken. This is NOT a party house.

5) If the home smells like smoke when your stay is completed then there will be a $500 charge.

6) If there is excessive trash left in the home there will be a $200 charge.

7) Jacuzzi Jets do not turn on or heat up.
