Quiet Subdivision

Overall great house, quiet subdivision, I liked the fact it was a gated community, we felt safer! The only thing I didn’t like was the washer was in the house and the dryer was in the garage but that’s not a biggie, my bed was too hard and I had a hard time sleeping, I’m used to a soft cushy bed!! When we were putting our suitcases and belongings in the car there was a car parked there for about 20 minutes watching and that’s one thing that really got under my skin bc as soon as we pulled out they pulled in. I understand we have to be out at 10 am but don’t come extra early and wait for us to leave. And I paid for the pool to be heated which I wish I didn’t bc we never used the pool!! But it was nice. Overall very nice house!!

Cozy House

Beautiful place!

Everything is what I expected and more! The caretakers and so helpful! It's expensive but worth every penny! The pool table needs some work but we weren't there for that! That's it! Beds were great! I thought we would have an issue with the air being only set I think at 70. But after a couple of days it's good! We sleep in every day! We were on vacation! We picked the one room that seem to be on the sunny side which got a bit stuffy! But leaving the door opened fixes that! Laundry was great! The pond and local wild life was a thrill every night to go look! Bring a good flash light! There's a couple SMALL gators in the pond u can see and are pretty "friendly"! Our kids loved seeing them and saying goodnight every night! The nice pub and small casino was a blessing! Just outside the gate! Stumbling distance if u must! Great food! Everything u could possibly need all within a mile. The only issue is with Florida roads u have to go down and u turn to get to those places! It seems with the location ur always opposite of heavy traffic! We will MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK! We are super picky and this wad perfect! Make sure u know to pay for the pool to be heated! Make sure u follow up as well. It's a good thing we did because EVOLVE messed that up. But we caught it in time and Dan had the pool ready for us! THE HOT TUB HAS TO BE ON IN ORDER TO GET HOT! TURN ON THE JETS TO WARM IT UP! It takes not more than a few minutes! We didn't know that at first but quickly realized it!

Gorgeous place!

Absolutely wonderful! Everything from doing laundry to watch "Alli" the 3 ft alligator and "Alli2" the 5ft gator! There is so much to do! The clubhouse on property DOES NOT HAVE ARCADE ANYMORE! Not important but to my kids it is. But don't let that derail your plans! My one thing to let you know is the temperature of the pool is AMAZING! Pay for the pool heater upcharge and follow up with management to make sure they know. EVOLVE messed that part up, not VRBO and they didn't know. Luckily we caught it in time. The most important thing to know is YOU HAVE TO TURN THE JETS ON THE HOT TUB IN KRDER FOR IT TO GET HOT! I couldn't wait to get in and almost cried because the temp seemed colder than the pool! It's the one thing I was looking forward to on our arrival seeing as how we drove! It only takes a few minutes to get it at the perfect temp. But we had no idea upon arrival! The management is so amazing and absolutely helpful! The Alligators are "friendly" the swim up to the front of the yard almost to say hi! It was one of the coolest experiences! At night they keep there distance but if you're out there with a good flashlight u can see there eyes and the will swim up to say hi! I can't wait to come back! Pool table needs work but who comes to Florida to play pool? The kids were so excited to play air hockey and Foosball but never played! The pool kept them so busy! Tvs in every room but we rarely watched! Book this place! U won't be disappointed!

Loved the abundance of wildlife right behind the house- alligators included!

Wonderful property! The alligators and sea otter in the pond right in front of the porch were an unexpected but highly appreciated bonus. Nothing better than sitting in the spa sipping on your morning coffee and enjoying the wild life. The house was exactly as described, everything needed was provided including pool towels, pool toys, soap, paper towels, salt and pepper etc. Beds are super comfortable. Walking distance to the pub right in front of the gate, we had a great time there in the evening with live music and cheap drinks. Walmart, Publix and good restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location & BEAUTIFUL deck!

This home and neighborhood was a short drive from all the Disney excitement and fit our family perfect! We had my 74 year old mother with us and it was great that it was all one level. We spent the week on the deck enjoying the pool and small pond behind the home. A lot of turtles, birds and even an alligator sighting was enjoyed by all (from the safety of our enclosure!!) All four bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen had what we needed.

Great place

Had a great experience. Only hick up was the linen on the beds was not change. Did find hair in 2 of the rooms under comforter. Luckily we there was a washer there to clean , unfortunately the dryer was not operable , but the dryer was replaced during the visit, which was nice . It would of been. 5 Star if the linen was changed on the beds prior to visit .

Home is in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. A little tired inside though. Needs updated small appliances, kitchen table and vertical blinds. Overall decent home, comfortable king beds.

Decent property but…

Overall decent house in a quiet area but some items like the coffee maker, vertical blinds and toaster could use replacing. Pool heating cost should be more detailed in the description as it’s almost twice the price quoted due to taxes and fees.

Comfortable and Convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The space was very clean and comfortable and the pool area provided my family a great space to relax. Nice Place

This was a nice house. My only complaints would be that the kitchen did not have some of your basic utensils and cooking dishes. This made it somewhat difficult to cook some things. The other complaint was the amount of spider webs within the pool area. It seems as though it had not been cleaned for awhile. That and the age of the pads on the lounge chairs. Besides that, nice house.

Well it started with not having the proper gate code to enter the community. We finally waited for the car behind us to open the gate and went into the clubhouse. The lady who is not involved in the rental property stated that the code was changed and the owners don’t follow up with their guests. Next we made it to the house and were told to use the lock box which didn’t work. There was a keypad on the lock that the code worked on. We entered the house and shut the alarm off. I went to the patio door to check out the pool and while I was outside, an alarm went off. I went to the alarm panel and it wouldn’t stop. We called both numbers that we were given on the email. No one answered and voicemails were left. A week later and we still haven’t been contacted. Luckily I found a sign next to the patio door that tells you about a pool alarm and that was the alarm that was sounding. The house itself is nice.

For the fee from you guys to book it and the fee for rental stat there and the charge for cleaning it (was not clean) this is not worth it and we will won’t be doing this again here again.

Great location

House was fantastic. Rooms are a bit small, especially bathrooms, but very livable. Pool / hot tub area faces southwest, great for evening entertaining. Daren Hey, contact for property management, was quick to respond to any questions. I would like to see a few “little” extras...dishwasher soap / dish soup made available...small, inexpensive things that make the client feel welcome...coffee filters. I would highly recommend this listing....great neighborhood👍

Lovely villa in great location

The villa was lovely, big bedrooms & very nicely decorated inside. Exceptionally clean and tidy in a great location for grocery shopping (massive Walmart just down the road) & places to eat . We enjoyed the games room and swimming pool on the few occasions when we went back to relax in the evenings. Thank you for a super break in Florida - we would highly recommend this villa .

Fantastic house and location

The house has pretty much everything you need. It has a good layout and is in a fantastic location. We saw turtles, small alligators, cranes and lizards from the pool area. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants and theme parks. Would definitely recommend
