Stay in our 4 bedroom cabin while you fish our riverbank. We have a fish cleaning station right at the river. We have 4 sets of stairs that go down into the river making it very easy to fish. The cabin does not have a view of the river. The cabin has one downstairs bedroom with a full size bed. 3 more bedrooms up stairs with full/twin bunk beds. Although the cabin can accommodate up to 8 people, there is only one bathroom and only about 960 sq. ft. We have a picnic table outside with a charcoal grill for you to share with the other 2 cabins.

Group of 6 stayed at this spacious place for about 2 weks. Rooms were big and the whole place was clean. Access was fast and easy, great communication from property manager.
Gemütliche Loge, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Lage perfekt, ideal am Steg zu fischen. Wir werden dies gerne an Freunde weiterempfehlen und in zwei Jahren selber wieder gerne kommen.
Perfect little get away cabin for us, everything we needed. One suggestion, a curtain or blind for bathroom window, it looks right into shower..
Perfect fishing area too!!
This place was great, 4 adults stayed he comfortably for 45 days. We used it as home base while working, fishing, fishing, fishing and site seeing. We would definitely stay again!
Cabin worked well for 6 of us. Great price for the product received. Beds were comfortable, but could have used a couple more cushioned chairs in the living/kitchen area. I would stay there again.
It was a good spot next to the river. One shower / bathroom for 6-8 people not to Convenient. The water did not taste good. Maybe a water softener. Good location to town
Scott and the people from Alaska 1st Realty are very easy to work with if you have questions or need something done. Thanks for you help in making this stay pleasant.

Good place to stay
Good place to stay in Soldotna. Clean, well thought out for fishermen with a fish cleaning station and running water at the fishing dock, and chest type freezer to ready your catch for transport. It could have used some additional lighting in the living/dining area.
Other than that, it was as advertised.

Clean, Spacious and Well located River Cabin
Second time at this cabin. Lots of sleeping area, good laundry and Freezer provided. On river fishing walkway, shed, and fish cleaning table. Overall a comfortable stay. Supply of flatware and cooking utensils is small compared to sleeping capacity.

A place to stay
It is better than what I expected after reading the previous reviews. Not quite "river front" which was a little misleading, but still better than fighting the crowds at the public access places.

Okay Accommodations for Price, but needs updated !
Unit # 1 was not on the river like it was advertised. It is a walk down the driveway then you are by the river. Cabin itself needs some serious updating. The carpet is in extremely bad shape, and could use to be replaced. The Beds in each room really need replaced and put on box springs, not the wood boards that were there, made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The kitchen and living room area really need help with replacements. The couch is broken so with our party of 7, it made seating very hard. Kitchen appliances are ancient and old. The bathroom really needs completely replaced all together. Shower was very dirty. Overall it definitely did it's job for accommodations, but needs serious update.

Nice river close cabin. Amenities as advertised.
On the plus side, comfortable and clean sleeping accommodations, kitchen was good, prior guests left useful cooking things so we didn't have to buy things like cooking oil, coffee, salt/ pepper., sodas, etc. plenty of hot water for the three of us to shower in succession.
On the could be better side: Spartan flatware and little of it. Also, the 12 inch no stick cooking pan is awful, every thing stuck to it, in part because its surface resembles that of the moon, craters and all.
Overall we'd go back without hesitation.

Disappointed
Not very clean when we arrived, had to rewash the dishes, no dishwasher, very stained carpet. Not many kitchen items, such as pots, pans and cooking utensils. No extra garbage bags.
Had a BBQ but no propane bottle, did have a little briquette BBQ, but had to buy the briquettes. It is shared with all four cabins.
Water not good for drinking, rusty and had a sulfur smell and taste.
We were upset that the lock code is so simple that other guests knew our combination.
If fishing for red salmon it is a good location, but as stated before you may find locals that “know the owner”, only room for 4 fishermen when the water is high.
Will not stay there again.

Come on just tell him your friend of the owner
Excellent spot to fish. Excellent place to stay. About 50 people came down and said we're friends of the owner and we can fish here.unless this got fixed I will never come back and I doubt anyone else would

enough room foe everyone
This cabin had more than enough room for our party of 6. It was clean, although we did have to do the dishes over before using them and the stove needed to be wiped down. We enjoyed our visit and the river was beautiful.

Great place to Fish!
The house was perfect for what we needed. Honestly we were hardly in it except to sleep. The fact that you can walk right down to the River and fish from a private shore is so great. We caught a ton of fish, Sockeye Salmon here. We used the charcoal grill outside to cook some of our fish also. Highly recommend this place if you are in to catching fish from shore!
