I am a 5th generation dairy farmer. Our family dairy is located about 4 miles from "little yellow house". My wife and I enjoy traveling to see other parts of our great country. Throughout those travels, we have frequently stayed in short term rentals. We always talked about being hosts ourselves.
Why they chose this property
"Little yellow house" is on one of our family farms. Most of the farm buildings are gone now with the exception of a storage building for some farm equipment. There are no next door neighbors!
What makes this property unique
Located on a country road but close to town for dining, shopping and interstate I-81 access.
