The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a trundle bed, along with a private bathroom. The third bedroom delights with a bunk bed (queen and single) and a private bathroom. Each room is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment.

Inside, you'll have a fully furnished kitchen with top appliances and an elegant dining table for eight. The open kitchen includes three additional bar chairs under the island. A comfortable family room with a large TV and a modern living area provides spaces to unwind. Two more things – keep in mind that we have some rules: no parties and no smoking. Only people in your group can stay at the house, and please keep it down – we want to keep a good relation with our neighbors. Also our check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 10.30am. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these hours, as we need to have enough time to prepare the house and have it as beautiful and clean as you see it in the pictures.

We also want to let you know that we have cameras for security purposes in the outdoor areas: at the entrance of the house, in the front patio and in the back patio.

Lastly, we understand that you might want to stay the last day a little longer. We will approve late checkouts only if the house is available, and we need to know the day your trip starts. The cost of late check-out is COP$70.000 for 2 hours and COP$120.000 for 4 hours. More than that, you will need to pay an extra night.
