Welcome to Casa Catskills—your fun and fabulous summer escape in the heart of New Kingston! This beautifully restored 1919 Craftsman-Spanish Colonial bungalow is full of charm and character, perfect for architecture lovers, design fans, or anyone looking to slow down and soak up the Catskills magic.

Inside, you’ll find cozy, stylish spaces including a modern chef’s kitchen, sunny dining room, comfy living room, and three inviting bedrooms—all on one easy-living floor.

Before You Book – Please Read
We want your stay to be everything you’re hoping for. Please take a moment to read the following information before reserving.

Guests have full access to the house except for any locked spaces. The garage/shed at the back of the house is off limits.

Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval and a small pet fee.

Sorry, no cats, even though we love them too.

Guest Policy
No parties or large events
All overnight guests must be listed in the reservation
Day visitors are allowed—just let us know ahead of time
Water & Septic System
Our home runs on a private well and septic system. To help keep things running smoothly:

Please conserve water, especially in dry months
No water games, sprinklers, slides, or kiddie pools
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or hygiene products

Winter Travel Advisory (October–April)
Delaware County is stunning in winter—but it does come with snow and ice. Please plan ahead:

Use AWD, FWD, or 4WD vehicles
Equip your car with winter or all-season tires with good tread
Avoid 2WD or RWD vehicles during winter storms
The driveway is plowed and shoveled to the door. A snow shovel is also provided for your use during your stay.

Custom Cancellation Policy
We offer a custom cancellation policy for all bookings.

A $25 cancellation fee applies to all reservations
Cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a 95% refund
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party provider.
