Cozy apt, with an exceptional view of the entire coastline of Santos. With 2 bedrooms, the largest with Queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together for a couple, a double sofa bed is also available in the living room. If required, on the 3 seater sofa in the living room can sleep one person.
Close to everything: Shopping, super markets, bakery, McDonalds, Subway, Doceria Brunella and restaurants.
It has 2 full bathrooms with shower and toilet. Kitchen with all utensils and appliances. Bed linen, table and towels are also provided.
Building with elevators. It has no garage and no swimming pool.

Localização excelente, apartamento confortável e muito bem equipado e funcionários do prédio prestativos e educados.. No entanto não há garagem e, por isso, a dificuldade de estacionar nos arredores é enorme. A TV da sala praticamente não funcionou...às vezes entrava a imagem da Globo e o controle remoto não funcionava. E a TV do quarto de casal só entrava a TV Record e o controle remoto também não funcionou.

Foi simplesmente incrível ter escolhido esse apartamento e ter passado o final de semana ao lado da minha família . O apartamento é muito aconchegante e limpo , além de ser bem conservado e decorado , igualzinho ao anunciado . Todos os utensílios bem limpos e novos . Localização privilegiada da praia e de toda a orla de Santos com uma vista admirável do nascer ao pôr do sol . Foi fácil o acesso á restaturantes , quiosques , aquário , shopping e supermercados . O sr. Renato super educado , gentil e prestativo , sempre disposto á tirar nossas dúvidas . Com certeza voltaremos e indicaremos á familiares e amigos . Me arrisco a dizer que foi o melhor apartamento que ja fiquei. Amplo, limpo, confortável e de uma vista maravilhosa. O prédio é tranquilo, familiar e o melhor de tudo é que com alguns passos estamos na praia. Perto de tudo e com um restaurante/lanchonete delicioso em baixo. O sr. Renato de uma atenção e educação que dispensa comentarios. Resumindo. Super indico e voltarei quantas vezes for possivel!!!

Ótimo lugar, não precisamos utilizar o carro, tudo muito próximo, shopping, mercados, padarias e passeios. pude levar meu animalzinho sem problemas. Limpeza do apartamento impecavél, movéis e utensilios novos. Até forninho tem disponivel. Sem dúvida recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.. Agradeço muito ao Sr. Renato, sempre prestativo e atencioso.
