Hi, I'm Jean Luc and I own this recently built loft, located in the Vendôme plaza area, between Rivoli, Concorde, Madeleine and the Louvre museum.
Benoit is managing the listing on VRBO but I'll be your contact on the ground.
I've been a bespoke tailor for men for almost 40 years now, still active in my Madeleine workshop, where I receive my loyal and select customers.
As a host - alongside with Benoit for internet and English interactions - I'll be available for help and assistance, as I live in the building, so don't hesitate to let me know if you have any question of specific request, to make your stay in Paris, the best.

Why they chose this property
My tailoring activity is located in the high end tailor area of Paris, where you will find most fashion creators, the most luxurious brands and bespoke, more traditional tailors, such as myself. This is why - after spending years in the Montparnasse area - I finally move into the Saint-Honoré area, because this is the place to be in this regard. Very logically, I also live where I work, to avoid commuting as much as possible, which can be a source of stress in Paris - just like in any major cosmopolitan cities.
What makes this property unique
My loft is a never ending living organism, which I feed with my diverse and rich tastes for exotic and luxurious items I gather from my numerous trips abroad.
You will find there rugs from Turkey, antics from Morocco and Senegal, vintage objects and furniture from India. And I usually pick up sturdy yet high quality furniture, because "cheap" is not part of my vocabulary. I see my place like a very cozy, fancy, original little personal museum of seasonal collections. I hope you will enjoy my museum as much as I do !
