Spacious, Nice Neighborhood
Sheri was a lovely host, and the home is located in a very nice, upscale neighborhood. The home is spacious, with large rooms and plenty of seating for everyone. We spent a lot of time at the kitchen table playing board games and cards, which was a lot of fun. I would consider this property a work in progress. We got a great deal on it since it was a new listing, but there were a few things that the owners should address to make it truly exceptional. A couple of the bedrooms were quite dark, and while there was a ceiling fan with a light fixture in my room, the light wasn’t working. The only light I had was an accent lamp in the corner, which was more like a giant nightlight -- but it was better than nothing. Also, since we had four women in our group, we were excited about the four bathrooms, but unfortunately, the showers in two of them weren’t working. It wasn’t a huge issue, and we made it work, but it was a bit of a letdown. Again, these things can certainly be fixed, and they didn’t stop from enjoying our weekend.All in all, I would recommend this property. Great location, spacious, nicely furnished!
