I love family time, pickleball, friends and desserts!!

Why they chose this property

We chose this house in the Sunrise Country Club because it has everything we want in a vacation retreat…pickleball, tennis, golf, bocce ball, clubhouse, walking paths, gym, and lots of social activities to participate in. Our house happens to be approx a 2 minute walk to all of this…also, love our south-facing view of the golf course and mountains!! El Paseo shopping center minutes away. Theaters, casinos, small concert halls close by. So much to do!

What makes this property unique

The View! One of the nicest in Sunrise Country Club. South facing too! Also, we are only an approx. 2 minute walk to all the amenities..tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, clubhouse, and gym.
