There is plenty of space for the entire family in this spacious 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home, centrally located to both Dallas/ Ft Worth area airports. The home is just minutes from either airport (DFW 7 miles, LOVE 7.6 miles).
Your spacious and luxurious vacation rental is 3200+ square foot of fun for everyone. We can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests.

Space & luxury await in this beautiful vacation rental right in the heart of Dallas/ Ft Worth!
The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 4 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.

The garage has been converted into a game room and there is a separate game room upstairs with a pool table and arcade games.

*** The backyard is currently under complete renovation to add a below ground swimming pool, tanning ledge, spa, dry sauna, outdoor kitchen (w/ 36 professional grill, power burner, electric smoker, refrigerator, ice maker, etc., etc.
As of January 20, 2025, we have the swimming pool completed, filledwithwater, and the pool equipment is running. The outdoor kitchen is also fully built.
The city inspectors are scheduled to come this week for another round of plumbing (gas and water) and electrical (wiring, underground, and bonding). Once we pass this round pf inspections, we can finally pour the pool deck and have the gas company install the new gas meter. Meanwhile, we are running the pool equipment to purify the water and balance the chemicals.
We are nearly ready to fire up the grill and take a dunk in the pool!!

With this in mind, the garage and back yard are currently off limits to guests until the construction is completed.
As soon as the new concrete pool deck goes in, we will open up the backyard for everyone's to enjoy!

Under Construction

The host allowed me to host Galentine’s. My friends and I reserved property based on pics, especially first pic….yikes. After reserving, I received message after I was only able to get 50% refund to be advise that backyard and garage was not accessible due to remodeling. The backyard was definitely a hazard zone and looks nothings like the pictures. I wish VRBO would make renters update their property pics monthly so renters can know what to expect. The cleaning people were still on property when guest arrived at 4:15 and the home was still not completely clean, just tidied up; this was unexpected due to our 4pm check-in time. There were holes in the wall and very dusty. The home says it sleeps 20, but that does include 2 hideaway beds in the closet to be pulled out. The neighborhood, is compacted and we were very disappointed being in a very old neighborhood. There was little parking and even the front entrance was not as pics displayed. After I discovered the property had construction going on, the host Melissa and VRBO was not willing to negotiate.

HOUSE OF HORRORS - 0 STARS

A group of six co-workers booked what appeared to be a beautiful home through VRBO, only to find it misrepresented and poorly maintained. The listing photos suggested a new build, but the home was in an unfamiliar neighborhood where it stood out. Check-in was a hassle as the provided code was incorrect, and the host was unresponsive for over 20 minutes, even to VRBO representatives, causing group to stand in the cold. Once inside, they found the home filthy despite claims of prior cleaning. Dust, dirt, and grime covered surfaces, the kitchen was cluttered and unsanitary, and the filtered water pitcher in the fridge had slime in it. Bathrooms lacked window coverings, forcing guests to block windows for privacy. The grout in the bathrooms appeared uncleaned for years. The home, advertised to sleep 20, had unstable bunk beds, deflated air mattresses, and stained bedding with no available extra bedding for the air mattresses. Nearly all furniture was stained, and a crib in the master bedroom was filled with dirt. Unable to tolerate the conditions, the group left after one night, relocating to a hotel. While the backyard appeared well-maintained, the interior needed significant investment. Host needs to visit their property to see conditions prior to renting out again.
