You enter the condo into an open concept living with dining and kitchen combined. The latest in sofa bed styling that easily opens to a Queen bed. The kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops and fully stocked for cooking your vacation meals. There is a King bedroom and Master King Suite that opens to the rooftop deck. A full bath with tub and shower.
Beach essentials include beach towels, chairs, umbrella and buggy. There is also a Laundry facility on property.
Please note you must be able to walk upstairs. this building does Not have an elevator and this is a 3rd floor unit.
You will have access to shuffleboard, heated pool, laundry facility and grill areas. The location is ideal for anyone looking to take advantage of the pristine and award winning beaches of St Pete. You will be very close to public transportation stops and a short walk to Corey Ave., the center of downtown St Pete Beach offering restaurants, boutique stores, weekend farmers market and more! .
I live nearby and am readily available if needed. Typically reservations take place with out person to person contact, but I can easily be reached by phone, messaging or text.
The building does not have an elevator and it is on the 3rd floor.
There is only 1 parking pass and a second one cannot be arranged. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, please refer to ParkMobile app. It is your best resource for parking information throughout the area.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo.
- This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
