• The system is automatically set to heat to these temperatures and will adjust as you switch modes. • Only 1 space may be heated at a time and you can divert the heater to the pool or hot tub by switching modes.
• The outdoor temperature and elements can affect the pool temperature at times.

• There are noise restrictions all hours of the day with strict quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
• No on-street parking/ 2 car maximum
• Absolutely no so smoking inside. The home is equipped with smoke sensors that pickup on smoking of all kinds including vaping.
• No parties or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. Visitors that exceed the maximum occupancy or parking limits are not allowed.
• Each guest gets a personalized lock code that expires at the time of check-out ensuring the safety of our guests and properties
• The door automatically locks behind you each time you exit so you never have to wonder if the home has been secured

IMPORTANT
• Guests are responsible for presenting an ID/ photo just like a hotel. There is no exception to this rule.
• Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be physically staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
• No Spring break groups. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and the noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the city.

DATE ALTERATION REQUESTS
We do not accept alterations to date change requests that would result in a shortened stay past the determined cancellation time frame.

We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters as we do not allow cancellations outside of the agreed cancellation policy for inclement weather.
