About this property

75 meters walk to the sea. This large (350m2) architect designed house features a large salt water swimming pool (12m x 4m) in a 1400 square meter plot with abundant vegetation, mixing sun and shade and off-road parking for two cars. The rear has a large shaded outdoor eating area, accessible directly from the kitchen.
The house is spacious, with large hall ways both downstairs and upstairs. Downstairs there is a large living/dining area with TV etc. There is a large kitchen with more dining space and a utility area. There are two double bedrooms, together with two bathrooms. Upstairs there is a large TV room with sea views, master bedroom with ensuite and two further double bedrooms with their own bathroom.
On the first floor is a large terrace with shaded areas, chairs and sunloungers and sea views. There is a large open terrace on the roof with good views of the sea and fantastic sunsets.

Wonderful stay

We spent 2 weeks at this wonderful house. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It is perfectly located near the sandy beach of Roche; just 3 minutes to walk. If it is to windy on the beach you can stay in the beautiful garden and lie under palms and enjoy the large pool. We would like to come back as soon as possible!

Luxuriöser Sommerurlaub in Roche

Die Villa ist phantastisch: gross, sehr schön eingerichtet und verwinkelt genug, dass auch 6-8 Personen reichlich Platz haben. Ein schöner rückseitiger Essplatz gleich neben der Küche ist praktisch. Im Obergeschoss gibt es mehrere Aussenplätze zum Sonnenbaden, lesen und chillen. Dann der grosse Pool und natürlich das Meer....eine Querstrasse entfernt. Man hört nichts vom Strandlärm, kann aber barfuss in 3 Minuten hinlaufen. Die Besitzerin, Martine war per WhatsApp stets erreichbar, die Kommunikation auf englisch problemlos. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great stay in a beautiful home!

We had two amazing weeks in Martine's home. The house and its decoration is beautiful and very detailed. It has a great location right next to the beach, we enjoyed our time to the fullest. Also, the service was very good, Martine was always reachable for us in order to care for all our concerns. We will definitely book again :-)

Beautiful villa in great location

We have stayed here a number of years and keep wanting to come back - the villa is beautiful and it is a lovely place to spend time and relax. The beach is a very short walk away and compared to most places in August it is really not that busy. This year was actually much busier than we are used to and even so there was always plenty of space. The surrounding area offers lots of opportunities for short trips if you want to get around a bit more. As others have said, there are sometimes things that need fixing, but nothing that changes the fact that it is an exceptional property in a exceptional location. One point which might mean it isn't for you if you have small children - the pool isn't gated and is deep throughout.

Unas vacaciones perfectas

Hemos estado 2 familias (6 personas en total) la segunda quincena de julio y la experiencia ha sido realmente muy satisfactoria. La descripción y las fotos de la casa se corresponden totalmente con la realidad. Excelente ubicación a solo dos minutos de la playa. Espacios interiores muy amplios y con muebles y complementos modernos y de alta calidad. Terrazas con excelentes vistas. Espacios abiertos amplios en los que destaca la piscina, zonas verdes con sombra y posibilidad de aparcar varios coches. Totalmente recomendable.

best holidays place in spain

I spend holidays in spain since 5 years, and I find this house and surroundings as the best: no commerce, pleasent weather, beautifuls beaches, and last but not least: only spanish, almost no other languages, great. The house description is accurate, there are no suprises. great house short walk from wonderful beach

this is just a great house, just a short walk from the beach(1 minute) , very spacious, wonderful view to the sea from the roof we just can recommend this house if you want to spend a quiet holiday in a relaxing environment where you feel immediately comfortable house looks already great on the pictures, but is even better in reality! we spent 10 great days and would return anytime

My vacations

The best house I ever rented in my life. Great pool, incredible views and the house is totally full equipped. The house is literally two minutes from the beach you can even see it from the second floor of the house. The price/quality of the house is really worth it, I've never found a house so beautiful and so well maintained. We were so comfortable that we really thought it was our on house. For sure I will go back again.
