Location was wonderful. Loved hearing the birds at night. The sheep and goats were a bit of a handful making sure they did not get into the house. Was not aware we were sharing with folks below us.

Beware of dogs
This house is a shared house which was an unpleasant surprise. It was made worse when the downstairs tenants’ dog started barking at 7 am Saturday morning and it continued for It is spacious and location is fine but that didn’t make up for the nonstop barking from the downstairs dog and not knowing it’s a shared property. Not recommended.

Beware of dogs/inaccurate description
I’m Trying to make the switch from AiRBnB to VRBO and this property did not do it. The description failed to fully capture a few critical property details. It is a SHARED house. The downstairs dog started barking at 7 am Saturday morning and it continued for hours. Apparently it was left unattended by the downstairs renter. There was no response from property manager or the cell number I was given-presumably the renter. We were charged a 100 extra cleaning fee for our dogs. I had communicated we’d be traveling with dogs but failed to check the box when reserving. The description says dogs OK but doesn’t indicate cleaning fee. Had it been clearly communicated upfront we would have selected another option. The secondary cleaning fee was the second hidden fee on this rental. It is spacious and location is fine but that didn’t make up for the awful downstairs dog and not knowing it’s a shared property. Not recommended.

Country Experience
We enjoyed the spaciousness of this home! It was NOT wheelchair accessible (Yes there was a ramp to the home and wide doorways, but there were steps within the home. Had our wheelchair bound person been staying, she would not have had access to the showers). The advertised whirlpool bathtubs were not up to par. Aurora was very accommodating and worked hard to prepare for our stay. The country home, the sweet animals, the kitchen design, and the linens/towels, and the roominess were fun! Thank you Aurora!
