The Space:
Attention to detail is the first thing you will notice when you step inside this newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo of over 1246 square feet!
The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king bed, a large closet, and features an ensuite bathroom with a tub.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, closet, adjoining deck and is adjacent to the main bathroom which has a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has a bunkbed with a large closet and mountain views.
Not enough room? Utilize the sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements!
Prepare for your day in the impeccably stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances or take advantage of the BBQ to grill your favorites. Besides the dining room table there's also an oversize island for socializing, eating or working.
Cable TV, WiFi and usage of the in-suite laundry all included. There's also a dedicated desk in case you really have to take a Zoom call.
We include complimentary usage of our Park Pass for you to head straight to the attractions inside Banff! No waiting in line at Banff Gate!
This condo is fully cleaned and sanitized for the safety and comfort of guests. Also each bedroom comes with its own humidifier to increase your sleeping comfort.
The condo is adjacent to grocery and liquor stores, and only a block away from the downtown core. Don't worry about finding a parking space - the unit comes complete with 2 underground spaces! The Hot Tub and Gym space are also available to guests.

Guest Access:
Access the condo via the elevator which has a keypad code. Self-serve, private check-in via a keypad on the door. Two underground parking spaces also included! Just take the elevator from the parkade to reach the condo.
We do manage other units close by should you have a large group that needs extra rooms. Please contact us for details.

Leave your car in the underground parking - you'll enjoy quick and easy access to downtown shops and restaurants by a pleasant walk. Facing the building are grocery and liquor stores, Starbucks and other retailers too.

Activating the Emergency Shutoff of the hot tub may result in a charge of up to $500.
