About this property
Beautiful Barn Conversion, With Exposed Stone Walls and Period Features.
The Byre is part of a 13th-century barn conversion that was converted in 2016. It retains original features and character from its historical roots, including 3ft thick walls, original sash windows, and exposed stone window surrounds. The property is decorated and furnished to enhance the cosy feeling of this unique property. Includes it's own private car park.
Easington Village is a fantastic community which is centred around the village green. It contains 2 Pubs, One of which the Half Moon is renowned for serving great food. There is also Squires Tea Room based on the village green which serves afternoon tea as well as great food throughout the day, including takeaway hot and cold sandwiches. If you are looking for an evening meal that is something a bit special, we recommend you visit the Witch and The Hare. Serving home-cooked Mediterranean tapas with a friendly atmosphere, competitive prices and a well-stocked bar. All of these are within easy walking distance of the Byre along with 2 convenience stores also based on the Village Green.
