The spacious villa has 2,498 sq.ft of living space and features 5 large bedrooms, including 3 master bedrooms with ensuite. Open-plan lounge with 50' Samsung TV, dining area, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen.Our home is south facing and has a large private heated swimming pool & deck which backs on to a natural conservation area with amazing views. Our beautiful home is located at the exclusive Golf and Country Club Resort of Providence in Orlando, Florida. This luxurious resort, with a championship golf course, restaurant and bar, is one of the leading golfing resorts in the area with resort amenities that are second to none. *Important Note: Clubhouse facilities are limited to 6 persons at a time staying in the villa. There is a daily charge of $10 per person to use the clubhouse facilities with an option to pay $40 weekly. Weekly renters will be given a cooler wristband.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and just love it.

The layout of the villa and space is ideal. The property is a fantastic area as it is excellent for Disney and other Orlando hotspots

Great place for a large family

We stayed here with our family of 9 and it was perfect. We loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. The family space was great for movie time and the pool was fantastic.

Great Vacation

Great vacation stay. Between the property owners and house maintenance management they were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction if any issues. House was clean neighborhood was great to walk around for morning/afternoon. Friendly neighbors whom were renting or lived there. Close to the golf course, workout gym and kids playground/pool area. Highly recommended for renting and would stay here again.

Great time at a great place

We used this as our home base for a family Florida vacation. The home had a separate bedroom for everyone in our group and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the pool right there and cooled off after hot days at the theme parks. Good owners and management. We golfed, took a trip to the beach, watched movies, and played games. It was a great time and Barbara and Paul’s home was the perfect place to be together.

Beautiful home in a convenient location!

This house was well kept and clean. It was an easy ride over to the Disney parks where we spent most of our time. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, utensils, etc. The house came with trial sizes of soap, shampoo, etc. which was a nice bonus. Would have been nice to have some dish soap and paper towels to start us off as well, but it was easy enough to pick up as Walmart was a short ride away. This house was definitely a great rental and would surely stay again!

information needed

As we all came from different areas, knowing what is recyclable would have been nice to know, much was left regarding trash etc, and when to put out cans, just not what should go in recycling. Also I felt a little intimidated regarding not using too much water and may be charged to property wanting most of the laundry done upon leaving.. The house was nice and plenty of space for the 10 of us.

Great house for a large family

Our stay at Paul & Barbara's home was great. We were there for twelve nights and planned to spend much of our time for a small family reunion. Due to travel restrictions and precautions we chose this home for the private pool, rooms with private bathrooms, community amenities, and large dining and sitting areas. The house met all expectations and provided everyone (8 adults and 2 children) with plenty of room to either be together or have personal space. The house shows signs, as expected, of being a vacation rental, but it did not smell, the furniture was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and bedding provided. As mentioned above, we hoped to use the community facilities and amenities. Unfortunately, the community pool and gym are not available to temporary renters. Paul & Barbara were gracious as renters and quickly resolved this issue. Overall, we enjoyed the home and had a relaxing vacation.

Not as close to Disney as reported

Most importantly it was not 15 minutes from Disney It was anywhere from 45-75 minutes because of traffic. Even if you could avoid traffic it is approx 35 minutes The home’s decor is very tired. It needs a complete refresh The biggest disappointment was that the 5th bedroom, a master with ensuite was locked and not available to us. I purposely booked a 5 bedroom for the 8 people who were staying here. We were told 5 days before we were to arrive. Had we been told earlier I would have had time to secure a place that met our needs. As it was we had to stay in cramped quarters. I had been planning this trip for a year and wanted it to be perfect and this was a big disappointment On a positive note the children absolutely loved the pool which was just steps off the kitchen

Good stay and lots of fun had by family

First impressions of the community were lovely, felt like a safe gated neighbourhood that was well maintained. Found home easily with the instructions and as we pulled up onto the drive it was pretty impressive. Great layout inside however it was quite quickly apparent how tired looking the home was indoors i.e in the way of paintwork, carpets, scuffed furniture etc but it was still a nice place and had everything we needed. Received email prior to our stay to alert us to not having a tv and also a missing dresser in one of the rooms upstairs but we managed as the other rooms had good storage. Bedrooms really spacious and the 3 en-suites were what made us choose this property as suited our party. Beds all really comfy and helped us all recharge after long days at the parks. We loved the private pool as it’s not overlooked and has lovely views to enjoy. The extra large lania area meant lots of space for the children to have fun by the pool and we found suffice amount of loungers and chairs to allow us to sunbathe. The mesh around the pool is broken/ripped in several areas and as a result we had more bugs and muck in our pool than what ever experienced compared to other villa rentals in the area. All in all the villa had everything we needed to have a fantastic holiday and was well set up for large groups. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Villa not as described on VRBO

A few days before we arrived at the villa the host mentioned on the end of a email that one bedroom would not be available during the stay, they didn’t mention that this was one of the upstairs King bed’s which I wanted as I had medical equipment that I sit beside me on the bed hence this size was what I needed and I noted when I was looking to book the villa. An old mattress was left with cling film in the garage/games room presumably from this bedroom, earlier reports mention bedbugs in one room, not sure if this was the room, but we didn’t use the games room in case of this. The host apologised for the inconvenience but offered nothing else even though the villa was now not what we booked, VRBO post stay were totally unhelpful, and extremely rude at times. The villa is in need of repair, I had to stub the pots & pans as these had what looked like rust or other deposits on them, the kitchen cupboards had flour and bread crumbs so the villa was not cleaned properly. I found out during our stay that the hosts were in the process of selling the property, we departed a day early due to changed flights but just before we left a couple came to view the property, I had no problem with the viewing, but felt that given the issues with the, where we had paid for a five bedroom house and only got four, the host was not apologetic nor host or VRBO offered any recompense.

Bed bugs

We checked in late on Thursday November 17th after traveling all day. Laid in the bed and my wife had a few bugs on her. Then later she was getting bugs off of me. Next morning we both woke up with bites all over us. I contacted the owner and he gave me the property manager information. I reached out to her but they couldn't get any one out until Monday. So my wife and I just went out to the store to buy some spray and new sheets. We never slept in the room again. The whole time we had to sleep on the couch since we had people already in each room. I talked with the property manager about getting a full refund but she said I can't do that you have to reach out to the owner. The owners in turn gave us 50 percent off our stay. After several weeks of itching and getting medicine from my doctors I think I am good. I am looking into sending my medical bills and medicine to the owner for reimbursement since I was on vacation and this happened at their location. I am reviewing everything with my attorney because I don't want this to happen with anyone else moving forward. My attorney and the property manager team both feel like I should get a full refund so I am going to see if this happens. If not then I will move forward with my case. I sent several pictures to the owners and I have videos of the bugs in the bed. Please check the beds before entering.

Not what I expected

When entering the house the first thing I noticed were the walls! All we could figure out was they had been touched up and the paint didn’t match. This made them look dirty. The carpet was so dirty. One of the king bedrooms had no furniture. A week prior to our arrival we were made aware there was going to be no dresser or nightstand in the room. I insisted on at least a nightstand. The person in that room had to live out of their suitcase for a week with no T.V as well. The pool is tiny and is a stones throw away from the neighbors pools on each side. I also found some pretty gross left overs from previous renters in the bathroom vanity drawer. My group sucked this up and decided to let all this go and try to have a good time. The first day we went to the community pool advertised as part of the rental. We we’re stopping by an elderly lady monitoring who got into the pool by unlocking the door with a key. She informed us only 6 people can get in at once This excluded 5 from our party. I was livid to say the least. This lady was unreal. Walking around the pool with a clipboard and yelling at the little kids if theydid something wrong. Needless to say I would not stay there again and I want to warn renters this house needs an overhaul. Oh did I mention the beds were Uncomfortable!! House needs lots of work New paint , carpet, and general upkeep. It needs to be disclosed that only 6 can enter the pool when your renting a house that sleeps 10. I say find somewhere else to stay.

Great holiday: with 3 families plenty of space

Good: space and layout, laundry facilities, complex facilities, pool, pool and inside towels, access arrangements, quantities of crockery and cutlery, garage games, response time from host for every enquiry. Not so good: tired decor, carpets quite stained. Barbecue arrangements (via management company) expensive and poor quality. Can’t be used poolside, dark outside area. Only 4 sun loungers round pool, we were 6 adults General: drive to Disney 30 - 60 minutes depending on time of day Only one part toilet roll per bathroom Policy of cleaners take all means NOTHING is left from previous guests eg salt/pepper/tea bags/coffee. Arriving after the 7-11 were shut meant we couldn’t get a tea/coffee on arrival The good by far outweigh the not so good, excellent holiday.

Great Property in a very Nice Community!

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay in this spacious, well equipped golf community property. This house is comfortable and located in close proximity to the golf course and clubhouse. Enjoyed the lovely pool area. Great area for walking, biking, tennis & pickleball. Restaurants, shopping and amenities nearby. Hope to return!

Spring break

Overall we enjoyed the house. A few issues as far as outside trashcan being full when we arrived and we had a family of 9 so you can imagine how much trash we accumulated with no space to discard. Washing machine is very off balanced and makes a loud noise on spin cycle. Could also use new pots and pans.. minor improvements needed but overall we enjoyed and would stay again. Very spacious and clean

Not what I expected for a vacation

Okay this review is going to be long but I have to do it. First thing first I’ve stayed at a lot of properties in this app and never had a issue until this visit. Upon arrival the house smelled bad we had to spray all kinds of stuff to get the smell out which nothing helped. The blinds at the back door were already on the floor and the housekeeper had to rehang them herself but yet at check out told them we did it. Then the washer and dryer was full of laundry and there were no towels already ready to use. Their leaving old food in the fridge and cabinets. The tubs and showers were All dirty dirty. The heat for the pool didn’t work until the day before check out. Then they wanna charge for excessive laundry that’s already excessive upon arrival and wanna charge you for excessive trash when it’s trash all over that community and people come there to vacation their gonna have a lot of trash. It’s a 5 bedroom house sleeps a lot of people how can trash be controlled? Okay now the washer is jumping all over the place making so much noise we didn’t even wanna turn it back on. I paid for a heated pool for our entire stay it heated on our last night there. But the pool man stated that Monday they had been having issues with the pools heat. Then they have a nerve to message me saying charge for towels that was already dirty and the blinds broke but the housekeeper knows that’s not true. I went to vacation and relax but that house made it very hard to do so. So just take your own towels and cleaning supplies and covers cus something ain’t right within that house or the cleaning crew. The best part was the big birds flying everywhere other than that I could have stayed at a hotel and had better luck at this point.
