Enjoyable Time at the Beach

This condo is located in an excellent area IRB. Close to fantastic restaurants and beach. Access to the beach was excellent. View from the condo to the beach/sunset was nice. The building is very secure with multiple security codes for building and pool entry. We had a very nice week at This condo.

Hamilton House 103

This condo is located in an excellent area IRB. Close to fantastic restaurants and Clearwater Beach if you want to go. Access to the beach was excellent. View from the condo to the beach/sunset was nice. The building is very secure with multiple security codes for building and pool entry. We had a very nice week at This condo.

Great Location

Loved the location. Place is very clean except the air conditioning vents had mold on them. I would recommend that they are cleaned soon. 1 Bathroom smaller then expected but otherwise the place was very nice and the location is fantastic. I would come back and rent again.

Wonderful

I highly recommend this condo! I love the keyless entry, we left the airport and went straight to our condo.. no stopping to get keys. When we opened the door we could smell the cleanliness.. we literally knew the condo was freshly cleaned by the smell when we walked in which was the best experience. The condo is equipped with everything that’s needed to have the perfect vacation. I loved sitting on the balcony, the view of the ocean is spectacular and it had the most comfortable outdoor furniture. We have been vacationing in this little area every year for 20 years now and my family agreed this condo will definitely be our go to from now on.

Anniversary Stay

We love Hamilton House and Indian Rocks Beach. It’s our absolute favorite place to vacation. We went there almost 20 years ago when we started dating. This visit was our 15yr wedding anniversary, and we enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We cannot wait to return!!

Excellent Stay

We just left Indian Rocks and this is one of the best vacations yet. Any issues we had (which was only one) was taken care of quickly. The manager called back within minutes. Clean, great location, and comfortable condo. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

WOW! This was the perfect spot for spectacular sunsets, close to several restaurants and priced just right! Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend as there is ample room for a small family and a lot of great space on the balcony for bird watching and to just slow down and enjoy the incredible view!

Great Stay on the Beach

Condo is very clean with recent updates and furnishings. Beds very comfortable. All appliances great. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Great communication with property manager. This was our third condo stay at Hamilton House, and this was by far the best. Thanks!

Great Location

We've stayed at this unit previously and have really had a great time. The location is great, it's close to shopping, dining, and everything you would be looking for. The sunsets from the balcony are amazon and the beach are steps away. The condo is well stocked and having a washer and dryer is a plus. The only drawback is the the unit could use a good cleaning. The property was consistent with as it is shown on the website. Clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable for 4 adults. Location is nice, walking distance to some restaurants. Visted St. Pete's, Clearwater and John's Pass, all within 30 minute ride.

Perfect Anniversary getaway

This unit is better than we could have imagined. The location was great with restaurants across the street. It was clean, convenient parking, and close walk to the beach. The view was beautiful and made for perfect beach pics. Cons: the second bedroom has a squeaky bed that needs replaced, the pool needs some lights for evening swims ( it’s very dark at nighttime) and the outside bathrooms need to be accessible. Nobody could get the code to work in order to use them. Pros: location is great, close to everything which made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Couldn’t ask for anything better then stepping out onto the patio to watch the sunset over the ocean. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Very Family friendly. The beach was easily accessible for us that wanted a break from august heat in Florida. Can’t wait to book our next trip.

new to IRB

We have vacationed up & down the gulf. We decided that we like the quiet beaches, IRB is just that. Not overpopulated & no huge towers of condos. The condo is to it's description. Amazing views of the Gulf, furnishings & beds are in good shape/comfortable. We chose not to use alexa, nice option for those who like it. We ate out daily. we hit all of the top restaurants in the area. Guppy's being the best (and within walking distance). CrabbyBills, Jose's cantina, keegans all local & frenchy's abt 10 mins away in clearwater. Slyce has the best pizza imo. the 4 star rating is for two reasons. the pool is small, and no hot tub. thank god the gulf is so warm. one famiy took over the pool every day, were loud, raucous & stayed from 10am until after well after 9p in total darkness. no other renter's could enjoy the pool.Luck of the draw, I guess. I think it's the first vacation we didn't get to use the pool. The other reason for a star taken away: the agreement is that checkout is Saturday at 10a. we were packing & getting ready- at 9:30 there was a man an young girl trying to get into the condo. furiously trying to open the handle & then banging on the door. my husband answered & said we would be out at 10- we have no idea who they were.then 10 mins later, a woman let herself into our locked unit yelling 'housekeeping'. all before actual checkout time. absolutely inappropriate. I emailed the rep for the condo, have not yet heard back.We'll be back to IRB, this unit, not sure

Nice But No Sleep

The condo was roomy, enough for our family. As far as clean, wasn't the worst or best we've stayed in. I would guess its been many YEARS since the place has been refurnished and mattresses replaced, no one slept well the entire trip. The members in the second br complained that they had to hold to the edges to not roll into each other and ours in the master was flat with no give left. A decent mattress is the one thing you hope for in a condo for a week, if we'd had that it would've been a 5 star stay.

Indian Rocks vacation

We've been vacationing in this area on and off since the early 90s and really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and very convenient on the first floor. Our only minor disappointment was the grilling - The complex has a mini-weber and park-style grate, both rusty and requiring charcoal. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

The location was perfect. The size of the property was great. Pool was nice. Well stocked with towels, sheets, dishes. It had a Washer, dryer and dishwasher. One of the guest beds should be replace. The place should have been much cleaner.
