• Adult Game Room – Pool table with ping pong conversion top, poker table, 6 stadium seats, home theater with oversized projector screen and sound bar for watching your favorite sports, shows, and movies. Let your inner barista shine and make your favorite cocktails at the bar. All bar accessories are stocked.
• Children Game Room – Three arcade games, dual basketball game, air hockey, foosball, electronic dart, board games, and full regulation size ping pong table. The best part is the children’s theater area with two large bean bags! Book shelves stock with many popular board games, toys, and reading materials for children of all ages. And don’t forget to capture those memorable moments in front of our photo wall.

***LIVING ROOM***
Stretch out on the roomy sectional sofa in by the working fireplace or admire the oversized custom artwork while overlooking the backyard. Watch your favorite movies or shows on the 75” smart TV. If you prefer, just relax and let go on the zero gravity shiatsu massage chair. Within minutes, you will feel totally rejuvenated.

*Bedroom 1 Primary: Oversized primary bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower, freestanding tub and a large walk-in closet.
*Bedroom 2: Queen size bed w. walk-in closet.
*Bedroom 3: Two sets of bunk beds (2 twin over 2 full size beds) = 4 beds.
*Bedroom 4: Queen size bed with a futon.
*Bedroom 5: Two full size beds with dedicated work station and printer.

*** SECURITY CAMERAS ***
For everyone’s safety & security, active video cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, backyard, and side basement entrance (on the exterior of the house only).
*** NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE ***
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all of our guests, we request that guests leave shoes/boots on the shoe rack in the coat closet. Disposable slippers are provided for your convenience and comfort.
*** PET POLICY ***
We allow trained and well behaved pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet, and must be included it in the booking. We will provide you with our pet fee amount and pet policy days prior to your arrival.
