You will feel right at home with its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, spacious living room and a private balcony giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. This two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master along with full bath, second bedroom offers two queen size beds.

The Carolina Dunes is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within walking distance of two restaurants, a bar and Starbucks! The Carolina Dunes also offers a Large outdoor pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas and chairs kiddie pool, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi and onsite parking.

-4 beach chairs provided for our guests use.

-This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo.

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

-25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

-7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

-Pool heated October 1st - December 31st and March 1st to May 15th

Great place!

The beach was perfect. This is a nice family spot. Pool has shade starting around 4:30 in summer due to a large building next door, but most of our swimming was done by then anyway.

Good relative value for the money for a quaint property right on the ocean. Very clean, well maintained, and nicely appointed with everything you need for a fun coastal vacation. Would recommend it to friends and family seeking a moderately priced unit in a highly desirable location.

Nice Stay

The photos match this location well. Great space and good value considering the area. Having 2 separate bathrooms with teens on this trip was helpful. The kitchen had all you could need minus the food which was easy enough to access with a Walmart within 10 minute drive of the condo. The beach access is steps from the property with some of the softest sand I’ve ever experienced. The private pool was a nice feature as well. Plenty to do within 20 minutes or less drive from the condo. Some of the local beach shops give out coupons for attractions in the area, so I recommend checking those shops out early on. The patio allows for spectacular views of the sunrise over the ocean and if you go back out your entrance door in the evening you can get a decent view of sunset. Overall perfect space for family vacation.

Carolina Dunes is located in a great spot, easy access to everything. Property was clean and in good shape. Building is a little beat up from the elements, but our condo was newly renovated in kitchen (or well kept) and the bedrooms were great. View is awesome. Need new beach chairs would be a recommendation I would make. Overall great experience!

Spectacular Views!!

The condo was located in a great area with fantastic views. There were 2 issues, one was immediately addressed by the property manager, the other was never actually resolved- although they tried to offer an alternative solution, but it didn’t work for us. Please make sure to confirm that the washing machine works as advertised. I had packed lightly knowing that I had an in-unit washing machine, however, it didn’t work the entire time of my stay

Just so happened Hurricane Ian took a left and hit near Myrtle Beach so my flight was canceled and I could not get to Myrtle Beach. I contacted Management Co to request a reschedule due to Hurricane. The flatly said NO. I didn't ask for a refund only to rebook. They refused. I know I did not buy travelers insurance on this but I did expect some basic courtesy from Management. But no! All other vendors for trip were accommodating not this VRBO!

Regular coffee pot and Kurig, crockpot, pans, bowls, griddle, etc all in great shape. We weren’t able to go out to eat due to health concerns so making everything inside was a breeze! Loved the under counter radio for tunes while busying around the kitchen. The decor was so cute, couches and beds were very comfortable! Deck furniture was small round table 2 wicker chairs and 2 sling chairs. Also beach chairs were available. I would recommend and stay again. Pool was great and cleaned every morning! Walk across the walkway to the beach was convenient!

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at you could not ask for a better place located on the beach. The access to locations around Myrtle Beach was great - close to attractions, numerous eating places and grocery. The property was as advertise - what you see in pictures you get real time. The communciation with the leasing company was great. Before our arrival they let us know that a new washer was coming and answered several questions we had. You will certainly enjoy this property for your stay! The only negative which is very minor - we used the beach chairs provided and I would recommend that you purchase new ones - when we sat in one it broke, the other looked like it was 10 years old and very rusted. Don't pass this unit up!
