You will be nestled in the middle of over 160 wooded acres with an 8 acre lake out your back door for viewing. Feel free to walk the trails, hike the rugged woods. Please enjoy the top of the hill for freedom of space to include fire pits, picnic tables, yard games like horse shoes, corn hole, football, volleyball , softball...... Dream up your fun in the sun! The sky is the limit. Then retire to a country house with all the luxuries of the modern life. Enjoy food prepared in your very own chef's kitchen with a large dining room for all your guests, enjoy quiet dining at the breakfast nook or right at the counter bar while you watch your food being prepared. There is a bar area for entertaining near the 4 sided fire place to warm you after a long day in the woods. Get your suits ready and play water volleyball in the 5 ft deep indoor pool or just float and watch your favorite show. Calm down with a few minutes in the hot tub and get steamed up in the sauna. If you are not worn out, retire to the downstairs and hang in the game room for pool on an 1947 antique pool table, children's multi games table, poker, and darts.... while your family and friends watch a movie in the theater on the big screen. Wait--there is more.....each wing has its own personal deck overlooking the pool for your morning coffee or just quiet time. Can't miss your workout routine? Take a trip down the spiral staircase off the master quarters to the fully equipped gym for all your fitness needs.

Guest access

Full use of the house, with exception to a few cabinets and drawers reserved for the owners. The full size fridge and freezer in the kitchen are ready for your stay. You will have complete access to the three car garage for those winter and rainy nights. Please use the washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean. Enjoy watching TV as the master quarters, pool room and family room are equipped with dish network.... The theater room is movie only and we recommend that you bring anything DVD or BLU RAY that you want to enjoy while you are in Paradise.
Interaction with guests. We have a small library of movies fo your entertainment

There is very little interaction with the owners except via phone or email, or by special request. There is a staff who will keep snow and sleet away from your trip. There is a business manager who will greet you, go over the rules, requirements and show you the ropes so you understand the house that will be yours during your stay; He or she is also a phone call away as is the owner and you will be given all the necessary contacts upon your arrival.
The neighborhood

There is no neighborhood, that's is what is beautiful about your Paradise. You are a few minutes to a local small town for little things. The rest is nature.
Getting around.

You may have your rental car, and use your space here to store and protect it.

Birthday Weekend
Our stay was everything and more. The hosts were the most gracious and helpful in all aspects of our stay. The house was perfect for our weekend so much space and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen is an absolute dream the oven and stove top were perfect for all our meals we cooked, and we all had so much space. We will defiantly be back!

Amazing Stay!
Patricia went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Like really amazing, I’m not used to this level of care. My group had fun swimming, fishing, and using the field and fire pit. I’d absolutely come back and can’t recommend this host any more.

A true gem - I'm recommending to others
This checked off needs of being within 3 hours of Cincy, secluded and everyone having access to a bed. 12 adult males had more than enough space. The banquet room was a great place to gather for meals. Plenty of outdoor space. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all maintained. The theatre and game rooms an added bonus. Overall, a great experience that got better through out stay.

Awesome place to stay
This place is beautiful. We had 14 people and there was still lots of room to relax. The pool, jacuzzi and the sauna were great and the kids wouldn’t get out. The fishing was also great we caught a lot of bass and bluegill. Every room was clean and the beds were comfortable. If your looking for a place in the middle of the woods with everything you could want this place is for you. Thank you Trish. We can’t wait to come back.

Let me preface by saying that the property manager, Patricia, was absolutely wonderful to work with! We had some issues with booking on VRBO's end, and she was so patient and accomodating. The actual cabin itself is absolutely breathtaking! The photos don't do it justice! It's humongous and the Hoffman's have paid attention to every little detail! We spent the majority of our time in the indoor pool and in the movie theater, as we brought 5 teenagers with us. The beds were all very comfortable and we had everything we needed, right there at the cabin! We will most certainly be returning! Sooner rather than later!

A true Paradise Retreat
Our family spent Thanksgiving together in this stunningly elegant yet rustic hideaway. We cooked in the glorious chefs kitchen, relaxed by the fire or theatre room and had fun in the indoor pool. The owners were more than accommodating. We all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous property!
We were looking for a rental property where we wouldn’t have to leave for fun, relaxation, and meals and this ended up being the perfect place! We got a grocery delivery upon arrival and enjoyed using the lovely chef’s kitchen to prepare our meals. The pool, hot tub, theater and game room kept us entertained for our entire stay. The lake behind the house is lovely to look out over for an evening happy hour on the large back deck. This is a unique one of a kind property that we won’t forget.

The Perfect Bachelor/ette Party Weekend
My fiance and I were looking for the perfect place to host a joint bachelor/ette party before our wedding and that's exactly what we got! It was the perfect getaway for the two of us and 13 of our closest friends. There is so much to do that the house that you never even have to leave. We spent Friday night karaoking around the indoor pool, Saturday morning the girls did yoga and a guided meditation out by the lake, and the boys relaxed in the theater room. The beds are comfortable and the cots make it easy for everyone to find a comfortable spot to sleep. The owner was extremely kind and easy to work with. She really made sure we felt at home :-) Thanks so much!

A Christmas get away
We chose this property as a get away from the crazy for Christmas and it delivered. The kitchen was huge and allowed so many of us to cook at the same time. The pool was a hit with the kids and adults, as was the theater room. There were 14 of us but the house was quiet. If you want to get away this is the place. There is plenty to do and it is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice!

Indiana Paradise Retreat
The photos on line do not do this property justice—the house is huge and amazing! We had a wonderful fall weekend hiking on the property, swimming and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and fabulous and the host was helpful and super flexible—I hope we can come back and visit again soon!

Perfect escape
The pictures don't do it justice! It was perfect for our family getaway during this crazy summer of the pandemic. Patricia was delightful when booking and Jacob was a helpful host during our stay. Ages of our group was 7 through 77 and it was the perfect escape for everyone. We were happy to disconnect for a while. Local vineyards are great and nearby horseback riding was fun. Be sure to try the local pizza place - Tomato Pie Joint (sooo good!). Hope to book again!
