Yes!! Palm Beach Club! You will love unit #108. This spacious 1,314 square foot condo is perfect for couples and families to experience fabulous Pensacola.

The large, comfortable living room boasts a leather sleeper sofa and lounge chair will make you feel right at home. The 55 flat screen HD television is above the electric log fireplace is idea to enjoy the big game or sip a glass of wine in the evening The dining room shares this space with oversized leather chairs for your comfort and additional bar top seating.

The master bedroom has a king-size Tempurpedic, medium comfort mattress, flat screen TV and DVD player with cable, and its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the Pensacola Bay. The master bathroom highlights a walk-in shower with a room heater. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat screen TV with cable and the second bath also has a room heater. The condo will comfortably sleep 6 guests.

A 186 sq. ft covered balcony extends just off of the living room and a sunroom has oversized unobstructed bay windows providing amazing views of the pool, Pensacola Bay, occasional dolphins, and possibly an opportunity to watch the Blue Angels fly overhead. The kitchen is well-stocked with all standard equipment including coffee makers (one with delay timer), blenders, two-slice toasters, hand mixer, air popcorn maker, tea pot, wine chiller and all the cooking and baking accessories you could want.

Our first time in Florida

We had a great time....pool for the kids...bay on one side out back door which was awesome beach right across the street! Condo was very clean! Condos had a major water leak while we were there and had to shut water off but things happen and they had it fixed in no time....all in all we would come back and visit again. Quite neighborhood which i loved! Diffinatly would visit again!

Winter Getaway

Location was great, beach was just a short walk across the street if you wanted the ocean ( the waves) and out the back for the bay (calm). The unit was very well equipped, the back deck and porches were great for just enjoying the view.

Beautiful vacation

Perfect time of year to be at the beach, not so hot and humid. Lovely accommodations, the pool was lovely. It was quiet but just a short jaunt to the activities of the busy area if we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Loved the condo.

Incredible condo with an unforgettable view

This condo was incredible, from the moment we were greeted on the property our experience was hands down the best. Super clean and well maintained property. Walking distance to the white sand beaches. Waking up and drinking coffee on our personal balcony to look out over the bay was exactly what we needed. Thank you for this amazing experience!

It was everything and more we hoped it would be!

The location is absolutely perfect! We were met at the door by Sam and she was great and pleasant! She gave us a brief overview of the property to get our evening started. The accommodations where very adequate for a family of 6. 2 in each bed then the pullout couch. No extra sheets or covers where provided for the pullout couch but luckily we had extras with us (found pillows in the closets but no blankets) It’s just as its stated we woke up every morning overlooking the beautiful views of the bay and walked across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands at the beach! It was never too crowded, everyone was friendly, and each day the kids made new friends! When staying at the property they provided all the utensils but make sure if you are cooking or a coffee drinker bring your essentials such as oil/pan spray, sugar, creamer, seasonings, etc. No basic kitchen condiments are provided (although coffee and filters were provided if you like it just plain black) When dining out Peg Leg Pete’s is a must! The Oysters Rockefeller, Seafood Gumbo, and Cajun Fried Catfish where all spectacular! Tiki Boat Cruise was really fun and also the Dolphin Cruise! All in all my family and I had a great weekend and we will definitely book this location again!

Prime location!

Out the back door is the bay just steps away to the beach and pool. Head out the front and your are steps away from the Gulf. Sunsets and sunrises for the beach are a must! Highly recommend taking the short drive to the Fort. Lots of history there.

Great check in process and communication. Great little property. Couldn’t start laundry for them as there was no soap and two of the 4 chairs in the dining room were not stable to sit on. I would recommend the property for a stay. It was clean, updated, parking right below the unit (covered) and across from a gorgeous beach

Loved the condo (unit 108)

Would stay there again definitely. Only suggestions I have is a little table on the patio n maybe some more foot stools near the couch. The condo was very comfortable and had a homey feeling.

Amazing!!!

The stay was absolutely amazing from the check in process to the quality of the condo. When we arrived at the island, I contacted Surfside Property and Jessica immediately sent me a text with the codes required for the property. After we were there for about 10 minutes, Jessica came to the condo and welcomed us. I feel like I could have contacted her at any time if I had an issue. As for the location, it was spectacular. We walked across the property parking lot and across the street to get to the beach. My boys, 11 and 9, enjoyed the short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time. Our stay was in middle August and the beach felt very private. Beautiful sand and emerald green waters. I would give this 5 stars and definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will be a returning customer!
