Feel like a local in the vibrant heart of Tempe! In a quite neighborhood just blocks from ASU Gammage, campus & the football stadium! Also minutes from Sky Harbor Airport & Mill Ave’s endless options of restaurants, bars & night life. Enjoy this fully remodeled backyard with brand new Jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit, putting green & bocce ball court. Play a game of ping pong in the garage or walk a block to a huge park down the street. Sleeps 6 Adults, 2 kids.

You’ll enter through the front orange door. You’ll receive a personalized 4-digit code when your home is ready for your arrival.

Each of the bedrooms have a TV as well as a TV in the backyard. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with complementary coffee and teas. This is a perfect place to gather with family & friends plus close to all the wonderful things Tempe has to offer. Our guests enjoy a complementary concierge service if you would like to book anything during your stay such as in-home chef, at-home spa services or even stocking groceries prior to your arrival.

Close to train tracks but no horn is allowed (not loud and has never bothered us). Neither neighbors have dogs so you shouldn’t hear any barking. Although close to ASU, It’s a very quite street!

Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. Please inquire for the FEE. Strictly based on availability.

Note: Spa can't be heated for now.
***Warning***: The pool and spa at our property do not contain a safety barrier and are unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers.***

Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.
