The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for group meals, while the game room and bunk area are a hit with kids and the young at heart. Each of the five bedrooms, including a bunk/game room that sleeps eight, offers a restful retreat, with four king bedrooms boasting en-suite bathrooms. Handicap accessibility ensures everyone feels welcome and at ease. Outside, the expansive deck invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air with a grill, 2 hot tubs, corn hole, and plenty of seating.

Located minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown's local attractions, Brookside Lodge offers the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and easy access to outdoor adventures. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our cabin is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee

- Small powder creamer

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
