Restored old Dalmatian stone house with pool, situated on a large estate with a full private and a beautiful panoramic view on the sea, and the Cetina river, islands and mountains. Functional and tasteful furniture complexion for a comfortable stay one or two families. Near the house is a beautiful natural view from the church. On the top floor are two bedrooms and one toilet which is connected with outdoor steps to the first floor where are dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and toilet. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and indigenous Dalmatian tavern were you can degustate a wine. The top floor is the minimum height of 120cm. Pets on request and extra charge. The house is located in Borak 3 km above the Omis. A pleasant place to rest near Omis and Split. At the distance of 3 kilometers by road there are numerous taverns and restaurants and the famous kilometer-long sandy beach Ideal for a kids. On the pool terrace we are offering a breathtaking panoramic view on Omis and a beautiful sunset. The surroundings are ideal for picnics and outdoor activitie. You com and see.

Séjour à 2 familles

Nous avons séjourné chez Ante à 2 familles de 4. Ante nous a reçu avec de délicates attentions : du vin et une grappa faits maison, et un apéro de bienvenue et nous avons même eu droit à un gâteau en fin de séjour ! Le logement est séparé en 2 appartements (très propres) comprenant chacun 2 chambres avec une cuisine commune et une grande piscine. La vue était splendide ! Il faut un peu grimper pour accéder à la maison mais la vue en vaut le coup ! Le point négatif : les guêpes (même en faisant attention les enfants se sont fait piquer) et les fourmis. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !eteleslfourmis. !unce

Super Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Alten Steinhaus. Es ging los mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber Ante. Uns wurde ein kleiner Snack und Getränke gereicht und dabei die wichtigsten Dinge zum Haus und der Umgebung erklärt. Die Tipps waren super und wir haben dadurch eine unvergessliche Zeit gehabt. Das Haus war perfekt für zwei Familien. Alle hatten ausreichend Platz und besonders die Poollandschaft gefiel den Kindern.

We had a good time in Lelas house. It was very warm when we were there so we spent most of the time at the shaded terrace and by the pool. Great views on the town of Omis and plenty of activities to do in the surroundings. Several beaches close by from the house. It takes a 10 minute drive to reach Omis from the house. The house was clean and very well maintained with Airco in the two apartments. The host Ante provided us with a Dalmatian cheese/meat plate at our arrival and drinks for the kids and fresh wine for the adults. During our stay we were also treated on a delicious cheese Cake that Ante's wife backed for us. The pool was approx 21m2 ( guess ) and has a depth of 1,7m and is perfect for shark diving games with the kids. At Omis and surroundings it can be busy and parking spots are pricy. We can happily recommend this vacation house and its hosts.

Pfingsten im alten Steinhaus

War alles sehr schön. Lage und Haus sind besser als in der Beschreibung. Ausreichender Pool und Freizeitmöglichkeit vor Ort. Wanderungen und Strandbesuche am gleichen Tag ...einfach perfekt! Tolle Aktivitäten in der Umgebung möglich (Rafting, Flying Fox..). Sehr netter Vermieter !!

Cudowny pobyt. Dom położony na wzniesieniu z przepięknym widokiem na morze i góry. Dojazd serpentyną do morza. Miasteczko przepiękne, dom wygodny i czysty. Osobne wejścia dla dwóch pięter i część wspólną na dole , klimatyczne miejsce. A gospodarz robi obłędne czerwone wino. Basen duży , ciepła woda.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen, 3 Kinder und 4 Erwachsene. Für zwei Familien ist dieses Haus perfekt als Unterkunft geeignet. Das Haus sowie der Garten mit Pool ist genauso ausgestattet, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und beschrieben. Ante ist ein überaus höflicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als unmittelbarer Nachbar konnte er uns jederzeit weiterhelfen und wertvolle Tipps geben, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Wir wurden bereits bei unserer Ankunft mit Snacks und kühlen Getränken herzlich begrüßt und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Kuchen und Wein versorgt. Vielen Dank auch hierfür an seine nette Frau! Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienobjekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Amazing place

Lovely place, perfect for 2 families of 4 as each family has their own small apartment joined by a communal kitchen and pool. Outside area, really spacious and perfect for summer evenings eating, drinking and relaxing. Views are amazing and Omis is a lovely little town with great beaches and places to eat. Walking into town is possible, but not with young kids. We did it a couple of times with children 12 plus, a bit of moaning but all enjoyed it in the end! Ante was a great host and I would definitely recommend his place.

Traumurlaub in Omis

Wenn ich den Aufenthalt auf einer Skala von 1-10 bewerten müsste, ich würde eine 20 geben. Wir waren als zwei Familien dort, vier Erwachsene und drei Kindern. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick vom Berg auf das Meer ist unglaublich. Jeden Morgen aufs neue und abends beim Sonnenuntergang waren wir beeindruckt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten unten in der Stadt. Die Altstadt ist ebenso wunderschön, typische kroatische Steinhäuser. Alle Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung hat tolle Strände und kleinere Buchten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu anderen Inseln, Rafting o.ä. Ante, unser Gastgeber, wohnt direkt nebenan. Man bekommt ihn und seine Frau und drei Kinder überhaupt nicht mit. Jedoch ist er sofort da, wenn man ihn braucht oder einen Ausflugstipp o. ä. möchte. Ob angeln oder private Bootstour mit seinem Freund, er hat uns alles ermöglicht. Selten weine ich, wenn es wieder nach Hause geht, hier war es soweit. Wir alle werden den Urlaub nie vergessen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! ❤️

Lovely stay with a wonderful view

Lovely house with all the nessesarity for a nice holiday. Me and my family stayed for a week and we enjoyed the place and the hospitality from the host. He was ready when we came and ready to help us. Also at the place when we left. The house was clean and the same goes for the pool, which we used every day. We like to recommend it to everybody who goes to Croatia.

Schönster Urlaub für uns

Kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ante ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Der Pool wird jeden morgen gereinigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Omis ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Viele schöne buchten. Es war definitiv unser schönster Familienurlaub mit Freunden bisher.

Beautiful House/Stay

We were are a group of 6 young adults and had a great week with a beautiful house and a very friendly host Ante. The check in was easy and welcoming from Ante. He gave us something to drink and eat. He told us about the house rules and the region some good tipps what we can do there. The house with very nice. The BBQ is great for dinner. The pool is big and has a good temperature. You have also table tennis and a small trampoline. So the place is so good you can be there every day.

Traumhafte Lage und sehr netter Vermieter!!!

Die Lage vom Haus ist ein Traum. Wie beschrieben hinterm Haus die Berge und vorm Haus der Blick auf das Meer und Omis. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wie auch die Außenanlagen. Es war wunderschön. Ante der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er und seine Frau überraschten uns mehrmals mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Vielen Dank Ante!!!

Sauberes modernes Haus am Berg mit überwältigenden Ausblick und viel Flair

Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern zu Gast. Für diese Konstellation ist das Haus absolut ideal in zwei separate Wohneinheiten mit jeweils 2 Schlafzimmern aufgeteilt. Jede Wohneinheit hat sein eigenes Bad. Eine der beiden sogar nochmal mit einer Wohnküche mit ausziehbarer Couch. Wenn die Kinder geschlafen haben, konnte man die Abende gemeinsam auf der Terrasse an die nochmal eine separate Sommerküche angrenzenden war ausklinken lassen. Der angrenzende, rustikal geschmückte Aufenthaltsraum war für uns eher nur als Abstellkammer zu sehen und sehr muffig. Aber wer will im Sommer auch drinnen sitzen. Der große Grill war sehr toll und wurde von uns auch fast jeden Tag genutzt. Der Pool, den man über eine Treppe in den Garten erreicht, wirkt auf den Fotos größer wie er ist. Zum planschen und für eine Abkühlung ist er aber allemal ausreichend und sauber. Leider gab es keine Abgrenzung in den Garten sodas wir mit 3 Nichtschwimmer Kindern durchgehend aufpassen mussten, das kein Kind unbemerkt in den Pool springt. Ante versprach hier nachzubessern. Ansonsten war im Garten mit Trampolin, Schaukel und Tischtennisplatte genügend Platz zum Toben für die Kinder. Zum Strand und in die Altstadt ist definitiv ein fahrbarer Untersatz nötig, da das Haus ziemlich weit oben am Berg liegt. Kommen wir zu Ante. Ante empfing uns sehr freundlich mit einer Aufschnittplatte, Baguette, kaltem Bier und Saft für die Kinder. Was wir aus dem Inserat nicht herausgelesen haben, das er mit seiner Familie mit auf dem Anwesen wohnt, was uns erst mal skeptisch stimmte. Allerdings merkte man si gut wie nicht von ihm und seinen 3 Kindern. Wenn man ihn brauchte, stand er sofort parat. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus, mit viel Charme und absolut empfehlenswert.

Man kann nur empfehlen!

Das Haus und der Inhaber sind einfach toll! Ante war der Beste - immer hilfreich und freundlich . Er vorbereitet für uns Plate von kroatische Käse und Schinken als wir angekommen sind und gab uns dazu noch Getränke und selbst gemachten Wein. Während des Aufenthalts hat er uns vielmal kroatische Leckerei gebracht. Man muss hier ein Auto haben, weil es zum Strand und der Stadt viel zu weit weg ist, aber der Blick ersetz alles. Auch der Pool ist super - groß genug, sauber mit vielen Plätzen zu sitzen - teilweise in der Sonne, teilweise im Schatten. Es gibt auch Tischtennis, ein Trampolin, zwei Schaukeln und kleine Rutsche für Kinder. Insgesamt bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden und kann nur empfehlen!

Auszeit auf dem Berg mit unbeschreiblich schönen Blick auf das Meer

Das wunderschöne Haus befindet sich auf 220m über dem Meer. Der Ausblick auf die Umgebung ist unbeschreiblich schön. Bei der nahe gelegenen Kapelle kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und genießen. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir wurden direkt vom Eigentümer vor Ort mit einem kleinen Frühstück und Getränken begrüßt. Auch sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Für Urlauber, die gerne viel Zeit am Meer verbringen wollen möchte ich hinzufügen, dass man vom Haus zum Meer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Fußläufig ist es schlichtweg zu weit (ca. 3 Kilometer) und es müssen einige Höhenmeter bezwungen werden.

Wonderful vacation in a stunning home

We had a wonderful time at this stunning house. We were 2 families with one child each (1 an 2 years old) and the house was just perfect for us. We each had our separate apartments and after the kids went to bed we could enjoy the weather and the view at the sitting area outside. At the lower area, there is also a kitchen attached, so we just had all our breakfasts and dinners there. Ante and his family are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome from the start. There was something to eat and to drink in the fridge when we arrived which was very nice of them since we hadn’t had the chance to go shopping yet. The apartments are spacious, clean and very well equipped – we did not need to bring a lot aside from clothes etc. (very convenient when flying with kids *g*). Ante even provided 2 high chairs, 2 cribs and toys to play with for the kids. Omis is a very nice town with quite a few restaurants and it has a sandy beach which the kids loved. Also the water was very shallow and clear and just perfect for us. All in all, we enjoyed our vacation very much and definitely will be back. Thank you again for everything Ante! Oh, and we tried your homemade Grappa – yummieh ;o)

A fabulous property with such a lovely host Ante

We hit the jackpot with this property! It truly is an idyllic place, set up a windy road with amazing views over Omis. We spent many hours relaxing by (and in!) the pool or playing table tennis. We especially enjoyed the downstairs, outside kitchen and covered eating area (the downstairs kitchen is actually enclosed and very well equipped). Ante is an exceptional host, who really wanted us to enjoy our stay (which we certainly did!), through the week he gave us various delicious goodies, he was always available to answer questions, but though he and his family live next door, they really gave us privacy. There is such an attention to detail with the extras that make it feel home from home (eg tea towels, ice cube trays, pegs for the washing line etc!) and the house and grounds are all immaculate. There are two totally separate apartments, one on the top floor, with two big bedrooms and a bathroom, then one on the first floor with two bedrooms and a kitchen (which we tended to use for breakfast) and a bathroom. So it would work for two families or, as we had it, one apartment for our teenagers and one for us!). Then below these are the outside kitchen and outside and inside eating areas. There is also a BBQ, again with all the equipment you would need. Last, but certainly not least is the pool area with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely shaded seating area, a sturdy table tennis table set amongst olive trees, all with a stunning view. Omis is a cute town with plenty of restaurants in the old town. There are loads of beaches within a short drive (we'd recommend water shoes as all beaches are gravel/pebbles of one size or other!). The nearby Cetina river is stunning and we enjoyed a rafting trip and the zipline. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Old Stone House Lelas and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, it really is a special place with a special host.
