You'll feel like you're sitting right on the ocean while staying in this beautiful unit at the Hawaiian Inn! Located on the bottom and north-end stack of the resort, the large patio is situated just far enough to have your own secluded views of the Atlantic Ocean while not being too far away from the center of the action! Walk out your back or front door and the beach and pools awaits you and are just steps away down a paver walkway!

This spacious studio with equipped kitchenette is beautifully decorated in calming and tranquil beach decor. It features a new Queen size bed, brand new Full sleeper sofa, 55" Samsung smart TV w/ cable, table top for 4 and new full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea maker and blow dryer.

The Hawaiian Inn Resort is a perfect place for a get away for it offers many amenities and plenty of fun right on-site. Amenities include an olympic size swimming pool with large pool deck, heated indoor swimming pool, game area, cafe, laundry facility, gift and souvenir shop. The Tiki Bar & Grill on the pool deck offers cold drinks and light food while providing live entertainment during the summer.

Musky smell, no laundry basket, no rug on bathroom floor. When I mentioned there was no bathroom rug I was told to use one of the bath towels... The trash can was dirty with no lid to cover the trash, the overhead light in the room was out and I could barely see in the kitchen area. When i mentioned it, a dirty small lamp was left on the table which did not make any difference. Apart frm that it was ok.not make a difference with the lighting.

Loved the view from my room!

The room was a good fit for just me staying there. The kitchen sink is tiny, and no oven, so don’t plan on making full meals here. The proximity of the room to the beach and the pool was perfect for me. The pool is large and I never had a problem finding a pool chair to lounge in. The floors needed some attention, but everything else was clean and ready to use.

Adult size room with a child size bed

The bed was way too small for 2 grown adults and the bedding was very cheap. The condo is big enough for a king size bed yet there is a full size in it. After a long day on the beach it would have been nice to enjoy a good nights rest, but that was impossible in that child size bed. We had stayed in that condo prior to the hurricanes and were excited to book again. It was so disappointing that we cancelled our next booking for this condo.😢

there was nearly no internet access the entire stay there was daily construction going on very dirty no easy beach access hotel inside mostly closed would have chose somewhere else if this had been communicated as far as the room itself it was nice

Great location

The room is on the first floor which makes the location great. The area of the room is very secluded and offers lots of privacy. The room could definitely use some updating. There was what looked like mold on the ceiling. The bed could be updated and a thicker blanket would have been nice. Overall a nice trip.

Nice view, good bed. Room was not clean as we had hair in bath tub and on bathroom floor at check in, also had sand in bed sheets. Need to have key to gate from parking lot instead of having to go thru lobby. Other wise not a bad rental

Excellent Location

We stayed for BikeToberFest 2020, this is our second time in this condo. We love the location with this being a ground level condo you don't have to deal with the hotel elevators because they are not great. The hotel itself is very run down but this condo is clean and cozy. Mattress could be replaced because it dips in the middle and I would suggest a few rugs by the big door for shoes. But overall a great place to stay with excellent views. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. It is a nice place, clean (except for the shared entrance hallway) nice décor and great location with short drive to everything. The kitchen has all the items you need for cooking but no spices so we had to buy alot of extras and enough towels and blankets/pillows for the two of us with a comfy bed (including a fan that we needed for sleeping). The bathroom could use a little work and did not have a hairdryer as advertised. It has a perfect first floor view just steps from the beach and secluded away from the main pool/bar area. could use outdoor chairs and a small table for the patio. I would stay again.

The unit itself was fine, the kitchen and bathroom need to be upgraded. the unit had a place for a microwave but did not have a microwave. The kitchen sink is very small making it hard to wash dishes. The view was awesome and it was on the beach. Overall it was adequate for our needs. Unfortunately the neighbors were very loud and drunk most of the time.

The oceanfront property with beautiful. The pool and Lounge area was excellent. Room undesirable

Difficulties with the lock on every attempt to enter or exit. Roaches in the room even on the bedding. Mildew on the ceilings. Dingy towels. No exhaust fan or bathroom spray. Two tiny pieces of soap for two adults for 4 days. Extraneous fees were added that other people we talked with at the resort did not have to pay. You would be much better off just going through the Hawaiian Inn then renting through this owner! The property was certainly misrepresented to say the least. But the Hawaiian in itself was a pleasant place to stay.

Pictures can be misleading

We’ve stayed in another unit at this complex before so we knew the building was older & a little run down but the unit was remodeled and very nice. This unit was disappointing . It was “fine”. But def not as nice as it looks in the photos. It was dark even in the daytime, borderline creepy at night. The bed was old and creepy. Everything was probably as clean as you can get something that is old/dingy. The location of the unit was great but that was probably the best redeeming quality. It’s not horrible, just be aware when making your decision.

Not What We Expected - Disappointed

The pictures on the listing are deceiving - they have been touched up to make the condo look better than what it is. Much older and run down than shown. Issues: - Back sliding glass door is coming apart, is difficult to open and close, and does not seal. - Bathroom is very small. Shower is tiny. Maybe why there is no picture of the bathroom on listing. - Front door is difficult to open and close as well as lock. - Bathroom door sometimes shuts. - Lots of rust anywhere there is metal: refrigerator, air vents, door hinges, door latches, and on. - Spent half of a day without water. Entire complex had no water. - The resort is very old and run down. The beach was nice, the people were friendly, but we won’t stay here again.

I feel bad for leaving a review like this but until this unit gets rid of the mold and replaces items throughout. To mention a few items- the cold air return has mold covering 1/4 of the grate - the air vent is entirely pealing and blowing paint flakes into the unit - the amount of rust on the refrigerator is offensive - the top dresser-drawer has holes in it I could unfortunately go on. We didn't even sleep a night here! We reached out to the third party property/management team with little to no help. To quote them "Please keep in mind this is a budget friendly unit and know where did we advertise it was brand new." "We apologize you do not feel the same as countless others that have looked past items such as a little rust on the fridge from the harsh conditions of being a beach front property however we wish you well!" Ceiling covered with black mold made me sick

Ceiling covered with mold made me sick, mold on the outside of rusty refrigerator. Let the property manager know. They sent someone with a spray bottle of beach to spray ceiling. They sprayed bleach all over the bedding, all over my belongings that where in the room and didn’t even air it out or warn me to not go in or touch anything afterwards. Maintenance man told me he was here to spray and that was all the communication I got. I was physically ill due to my severe allergies so was my foyer old. After letting the community manager know the third time they offered to move us to a different location all together. I was grateful but was away from the rest of my family for the rest of the week. This room shouldn’t have even been allowed to stay in, in the first place. Such a disappointment to have this as my experience on vacation. I wouldn’t book this room without them addressing this issue fully.

Disappointing

The pictures and ad for the VRBO were misleading, stating a newly renovated room. The only thing new in the room was the furniture. The room could have been cleaner. The bed comforter needed to be washed; there were leftover kitchen spots and dust. Also, the dishes and coffee pot provided were unclean. I spent the first-hour cleaning and sweeping the room. Aside from the sand, the floor was dirty and needed sweeping. We received minimal linens, which didn't cover the family, and all the towels, but two were unclean in the bathroom. The welcome email noted that two space heaters would be provided; there were no heaters, and the weather was cold and rainy. I followed the procedure outlined in the welcome email and messaged maintenance with my concerns. I received extra sheets and a blanket the next day but no clean towels or heater. I went back and forth with the maintenance over email, requesting clean towels and a heater. At one point, I was reminded there was a laundry onsite, implying I could wash the towels myself. We were in the room minimally, so I didn't have time to wash towels that should have been provided to me to clean in the first place. Finally, two days before we left, I got a heater and clean towels. Unfortunately, email is the only way of contact, so I was at the mercy of their response, and it was clear my concerns were not a priority. Overall, the room and service provided were very disappointing.
