My husband is originally from Colorado and I am from Minnesota. He works in the medical device sector and currently in the bio-gene world. I am a retired elementary teacher and still do some tutoring. We have 6 kids, 5 grandkids and love our ragdoll cats. Together we bicycle, golf, ski and enjoy projects working with our hands whether it's cooking, gardening, or fixing things.
Why they chose this property
We are on a dead end street and our property is a double lot - twice as big as others around us. It's quiet, safe yet convenient. Access to I-95 is easy.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! This quiet retreat is minutes from 5 star dining, golf and beaches - if you ever want to leave a private, enclosed well-maintained backyard with a large sundeck saltwater pool. Lounge under the covered porch or chaise lounges. Take a walk down Lakeside Drive or bring your bikes and bike into Lake Worth Beach or cross either Ocean Ave or Lake Ave bridge to get on the island of Palm Beach. Everything you need is within 10 minutes whether it's Old Key Lime House, Chick-Fil-A, Publix, The Four Seasons for lunch on the ocean or Eau Spa Resort for spa services. Beauty and sight-seeing is all around you on our property and in Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach and Palm Beach. Our home is 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 40 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport or 75 minutes to Miami Airport.
