The villa enjoys magnificent sea views and a breathtaking sunset view on Delos island.

There are many ample outdoor areas with sofas, tables and sunbeds to enjoy the sun and have a big dinner or a drink with the amazing sunset view.

The indoor spaces of the villa are beautifully decorated with luxurious furniture and design details. SONOS bluetooth portable speakers are provided in each room. Professional hairdryers provided in each room. Luxurious linen and bathrobes are also provided to the guests. The area of the private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and it has a big sofa with table and a bbq. There is also a huge dinning outdoor space with beautiful seaview and and another outdoor area with amazing sunset view. The villa is Ideal for couples or families who can isolate when they want but also share nice moments all together.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker for filter coffe, a toaster, luxury dishes and glasses, cutlery and many others.

Upon your arrival you will find a complimentary basket with fruits and some Greek cheese and wine. We will provide you with luxury linen and towels for the pool and the baths. Also, you will find a hairdryer, a SONOS Bluetooth speaker and a digital scale in every room of the house. There is also a desk and a printer as well as a safe box in the living room but of course we do not take any responsibility for any losses etc.
If you want we can arrange for everyday cleaning with an extra cost. Please, let us know in advance.

The Ornos beach which is 5 minutes from the house is one of the best in the island and you can find there Kuzina ( very nice restaurant and bar for lunch, dinner, sushi and drinks with sunbeds and service in the beach as well as parking area), Farina ( very nice Italian restaurant ), Pasaji ( very nice restaurant with bar and Sisha if you like and sunbeds ) and Konstantis if you like the Greek traditional food.

Lovely private villa

The location was great. The views from all directions were amazing. You MUST have a car on Mykonos. There is nothing walking distance from this villa. The villa was clean and management was super friendly and helpful. The annoying neighbor that was often in our parking spot was frustrating. I believe the owner will be sure to take care of this problem so don’t let it deter your decision to rent. The location is a great escape from the very busy island in Summer. We loved it.

A real retreat!

The villa really lived up to our expectations! The views from the pool and outside areas are breathtaking. All four bedrooms were well equipped and spacious and the kitchen and living area was very comfortable but we spent nearly every minute awake outside. The location was great but it was a bit of distance into the city. We actually walked to the small area of Ornos a few times and that took about 30 minutes. What a great place!

Fabulous views all around

Property manager, Raina, met us at airport, arranged for a driver (thankfully we did not try to drive a van large enough for all 6 of us around Mykonos!), and a chef for 2 nights. She answered all questions quickly. the villa looked as good or better than the pictures online and the outdoor spaces, especially, were beautiful. Based on location a car or driver is needed to get to beaches or restaurants.

Superbe séjour

La maison et le jardin sont conformes aux photos. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu. La maison dispose de quatre espaces de vie à l'extérieur tous très agréables et offrant des vues magnifiques sur la mer et les autres îles, à choisir en fonction du moment de la journée et de l'ensoleillement souhaité. Les quatre chambres sont de taille comparable (trois à l'étage et une au rez-de-chaussée), avec quatre grands lits et chacune dispose de sa salle de bain. La cuisine est bien équipée, il ne manque qu'un lave-vaisselle. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont adorables et ont répondu rapidement à nos demandes durant notre séjour.

Beautiful villa in a breathtaking location

We had the most superb holiday. Such a beautiful spot with 180 degree views of the sea. Lots of lovely places to chill in the sun and shade. Perfect for 8 of us, teenagers loved it, adults loved it. Also a fabulous service from Apollo the 'concierge' who answered all our queries and sorted any queries in record time. A true gem - thanks to the owners for lending us their beautiful home.

Amazing views

The villa itself is a beautiful, private space with amazing views all around. The pool is large and enjoyable. A higher level of attention to detail would make this stay a 5 star! Such as, more towels, bed linens and cleaning supplies. The pool is also unattended and was dirty by the end of our stay. Apollo, the property manager, was helpful and attentive. He organized a car rental and was responsive to all of our questions. Overall a beautiful villa.

Great Villa in a lovely area

From arrival we were met at the airport and taken to the Villa. Immediately impressed as quite often photos can be misleading but better than we hoped for. For us as a family it was great to have so many outside area's that you could chill out at. The villa was for us, was in the perfect location as quite but only 15mins into Mykonos. A 5 minute walk to a great beach and less than 10 minutes drive to one of the best restaurants on the Island Hippy fish on the Shirley Valentine beach. Every thing ran to a high standard with daily visits to clean and regular visits to keep the pool in tip top order. The Staff where very friendly and helpful and any issues resolved very quickly. The barbeque ran out of gas and after one call was quickly resolved. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again. Charles Nelson

Wonderful house!!!

We stayed in the house the two central weeks of august and we enjoyed it very much. We were 8 adults and two children and there was plenty of space for everybody. The house is disposed in two levels: at the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with a private bathroom each: all of them have direct access to the garden and the main bedroom has a gorgeous view on the sea. At the bottom floor there is the kitchen, wide and quit well equipped (the only thing we heavily missed was the dishwasher), the wide living room, the 4th bedroom and the bathroom. One complete wall of the floor is made of natural stone making the area a little humid but the problem is easily solved by keeping a couple of windows a little open to make the air circulate (in Mykonos the wind is never missing !!!). A couple of times we used in alternative the air conditioning system, present in all the rooms of the house. The outside space is wide and organized in two terraces at different levels. The swimming pool is not too big (there is one person that comes every day to clean and maintain it) with a small patio with a long sofa, a table, a small fridge and a gas barbeque very useful if you want to eat on the pool border. We did it a lot. The price I think is quite lined up with other requests for this type of houses and it included one hour daily cleaning of the house and the change of the sheets twice a week. A special thank to Apollo and Daphne, the delegates of the owner, always ready to help you for any problem.

Crappy !

We've been seriously disappointed by this house, especially for this price ! the house in itself is dark and humid, the kitchen area and the fourth "room" are more looking like a basement than anything else, the furnitures are old and old fashioned, but above all, the house is completely unattended ! everything is stained, torn, ripped and so on. You can not sit in any place which is clean, and I dont' even speak of the sheets... avoid this house at all cost; it has been the first time in more than 15 years that someone dare to rent "this" at such a price. A real shame.

Perfect holiday villa

From start to finish the booking experience and communication throughout was great. The villa itself is set in n ideal location on the island close to many local shops and cafes and beach but on the quiet side of the island which was perfect for us as we hired cars. The villa is very well equipped and spacious with plenty of bedroom, living and bathroom space. The highlight was the many outdoor areas with seating and dining areas. I would definitely reccomend this villa to anyone

Wonderful stay

We spent one week in that beautiful villa in late October 2015 and enjoyed it very much. It corresponded exactly to the pictures displayed on the web, was very clean, so big (we were only 2 people), extremely quiet, ideally located surrounded by the sea, offering a lovely view all around it. As we arrived in the evening we also appreciated the kind help of Apollo who showed us the way to the house and took care of our comfort. We highly recommend this villa to anybody willing to rest in an amazing house !!

Wunderschön gelegenes Sommerhaus

Die Villa Irene liegt auf einer Halbinsel südlich von Ornos, absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Auto erforderlich; Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Eine Vertreterin des Vermieters hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und zur Villa gelotst. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und verfügt über einen wunderschönen und absolut gepflegten Aussenbereich mit vier Lounges auf vier verschiedenen Ebenen. Die Sicht ist traumhaft, von Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang und erlaubt einen Blick auf zwei verschiedene Meeresseiten und die wunderschöne Inselwelt. Sowohl Garten- als auch Loungemöbel und Grill sind sehr gepflegt. Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze sind mehr als genug vorhanden, und auch der Poolbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und wird regelmässig unterhalten. Das Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer mit französischen Betten (160) und vier Duschbäder/Toiletten, welche zweckmässig und gut eingerichtet sind und alle über Ausgänge in den wunderschönen Aussenbereich verfügen. Das Wohnzimmer, vor allem aber die Küche ist im Erdgeschoss und wirkt etwas dunkel. Die Küche ist aufgrund der Grösse des Hauses nicht optimal ausgestattet (Besteck, Geschirr minimal vorhanden, kleiner Geschirrspüler) und bedürfte einer gelegentlichen Renovation. Esstisch innen für vier Personen vorhanden. Frottéewäsche inklusive Strandtücher stehen sehr grosszügig zur Verfügung. Hausreinigung inkl. Wechsel der Wäsche wöchentlich. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war problemlos; ein Vertreter vor Ort ist vorhanden und jederzeit ansprechbar. Kleinere Probleme benötigen jedoch etwas Geduld bis sie gelöst werden, ausser man löst sie selbst. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes SOMMERhaus für Menschen, welche Ruhe und 'Romantik' suchen und einen grosszügigen Aussenbereich zu schätzen wissen.

Best of Mykonos

We rented this villa for the second week of July and it was perfect. It is exactly as described, with every bedroom en-suite bath and the three upper rooms their own private terraces. How more private and luxurious can this be for couples or singles?? Everyone felt they had their fully serviced hotel room, with an exterior space, and could enjoy the rest of the amenities, views, swimming pool etc The location also is quite good, on a peninsula between Mykonos and Psarou. A short 10 min ride along the water and only 5 minutes to grocery shopping. It is also strategically located to go everywhere on the island. Road access is easy and directions are clear. Now the villa overall - the views are simply stunning, towards Delos (for sunset cocktails) or toward Psarou with its luxury yachts. The amenities are current and services are all working. Some normal wear and tear can be seen and the owner does its best to keep everything current. Our only wish were the kitchen amenities which needed some TLC yet this is very minor compared to everything else being excellent. The booking process was easy and painless : good communication with Stefanos (the owner) and his support staff - from contract to check out - always available and friendly. We had the best overall experience at the villa and can recommend it to the discerning travelers who appreciate a genuinely upscale Mykonian experience.

Stunning Villa

Have just returned from the most wonderful week in Mykonos (my first time on the Island) and there's no doubt that the Villa played a very large part in making the week so special. It is spacious, well-presented and the numerous terraces (all with stunning views) make the Villa truly special. The owner was extremely helpful beforehand and cleaners midweek were efficient and thorough. This Villa is ideal for a group of friends sharing or a large family. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Sunrise Sunset Villa which exceeds expectations.

The villa exceeded our expectations because it is generously spaced, bright and airy inside and the outside areas are absolutely stunning. Each of the four good size bedrooms has its own bathroom and also has direct access to the outside balcony areas. The living room is very spacious, comfortably furnished and has a wonderful fireplace built into the rock.There is a good size dining area joined to an adequate kitchen. But the piece de resistance is the outside area where several very well furnished and shaded seating/dining/entertaining areas are spread over a number of levels culmintating in a magnificant west facing terrace where you can see the sun set over Delos.This terrace and the other ones also face east so you can see the sun rise as well as set. The pool has excellent lounging facilities, is regularly cleaned, and spotless. The villa is rather awkwardly accessed via a roadway and electronic gate shared with 3 other villas and there is a short but steep climb from the road. The advantage of course is that this creates the height for views. The location in Alamandra is excellent. This is a quiet quarter so wonderfully relaxing, but Ornos is only 5 minutes by car, Mykonos town and the airport 10 minutes. So you are away from the hustle and bustle but can get to it quickly. We had a wonderful stay in late June 2010 by which stage the air conditioning is most welcome. Would strongly reccommend it and the owner and agent are very good to deal with.

Wonderful villa for a wonderful holiday

We stayed in the villa for 10 days in June 2010, and left wishing for more. The house is located in a quiet area, with astonishing views to both the sunrise and the sunset, beautifully furnished and decorated in greek/mediterranean style. The owner arranged a welcome gift of fruits and wine, which was really a treat after 26 hours and 4 flights (we live in South America). The house was airy and fresh (in spite of the heat outside), and we never felt the need to turn on the air conditioning. There are plenty of terraces and shaded areas to relax and read, and we enjoyed the swimming pool almost every day. There are restaurants nearby, but we chose to go to town most of the evenings for dinner - a quick 10 minute drive from the house. There are also shops, bakery, groceries and supermarket in Ornos area (less than 5 minutes by car), and the beach area, of course. We had a great time there, and hopefully we can come back next year.

Fantastic villa

We stayed at this villa on June 2009 for 2 weeks. The villa was fantastic. When we arrived a basket with fruits and a cool wine and some chocolates were waiting for us and we found this a very polite gesture. The house is just 10 minutes from the town and 5 minutes from the Ornos beach and this is a very serious advantage. The villa has its privacy and it is in a very quiet place with spectacular views. Within a 5 minutes distance you will find a super market, pharmacy, bakery and some nice and cheap tavernas and pizzerias which also can delivery to the villa whatever you want if you want to spend the whole day in the swimming pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and the furniture brand new and very beautiful. The owners provided us with a list of useful telephone numbers and some very useful information about where and what to eat and about the best beach. Ornos beach is just 5 minutes away and it is the best beach for families. The sand was suberb, the sunbeds were royal and you can have on your sunbed from a coffee and a fruit salad up to a lobster and a champagne ! The view of the sunrise was breathtaking. June is maybe the best month to visit Mykonos because it is very crowded and the wind is not too strong.
