THE HOME
Staying beachfront has never been better! In addition to the incredible ocean views from this home, you and your group are just steps from the water with a private path leading from the backyard directly to the beach. Spend countless hours splashing in the waves and playing in the sand while also enjoying the convenience of an easy retreat to the home for a meal or just a quick break. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand and sea using the enclosed outdoor shower conveniently located on the ground level. Grill burgers or your favorite BBQ meal using the charcoal grill located in the backyard then take in the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sounds of splashing waves while relaxing on the spacious upper deck with plenty of seating for your group. In the evenings, catch the latest movie on any of the 4 smart TV’s located throughout the home. Go for a nighttime stroll along the beach to take in star-filled skies or search for ghost crabs which are harmless but can be spotted running across the sand with a flashlight. Enjoy your vacation to the fullest, having fun, making memories, and relaxing at Beachfront Charm!
BEDROOMS
Perfect for a family vacation, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with standing showers in each bathroom. The primary bedroom and the secondary bedroom each have one queen bed. Bedroom number 3 has two double beds. Both bedrooms 1 and 2 feature ocean views. In addition, all three bedrooms have their own smart tv with streaming options so you can log into your Netflix account or other favorite tv app.
LOCATION
This cozy beachfront home is nestled in the quiet coastal Sea Isle community approximately 25 minutes from Galveston. This allows you to easily drive into town to access the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while still enjoying the less crowded beaches this location is known for.
GUEST APP
Each guest receives access to our user-friendly guest app which is tailored to the specific details of this home. Our guest app will help you easily prepare for your trip and get the most out of your stay.
PETS
Furry family members welcome! This is a pet-friendly property with 1-2 dogs allowed depending on size (sorry no cats). 2 dogs are permitted if both dogs are under 20 lbs. No dogs over 40 lbs. are permitted at the home. Please see house rules below for additional information or inquire with us directly. When completing your reservation, please be sure to check 'Pets' when selecting number of guests.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Checking in and out is a stress-free and seamless process! You will receive a home access code 24 hours prior to your arrival which will provide you direct access to the home.
You may check-in any time after 4PM on your arrival date. Please do not request an early check-in time as we are unable to provide early check-ins. If you arrive to the island prior to 4PM, please utilize our guest app to find one of the many restaurants or attractions Galveston has to offer. These locations can serve as an excellent meeting place for members in your group and a fun way to start your trip.
Check-out time is 11AM on your departure date. Please adhere to this departure time so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest. Late guest departure from the home may result in additional fees.
STOCKED ITEMS AT THE HOME
This home is well-stocked which starts with a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Just bring your favorite ingredients! Freshly laundered towels and linens are provided. The home is also stocked with a starter kit that includes necessities such as coffee and paper products. This starter kit is specifically intended to make your initial arrival comfortable before you have the chance to go shopping so that you will not need to pack these items or rush to the store. You may need to purchase additional supplies such as paper products depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group. Our guest app provides additional details on stocked items.
NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
While staying at Beachfront Charm, you will have access to all the great amenities that Sea Isle has to offer. Within the neighborhood, nearby West End Marina features a restaurant, bar, store, and bait shop. Just across the street you can easily drop by Sea Isle Supermarket which offers a wide variety of items. As our guest, you will also have access to the neighborhood tennis courts and fishing pier. The pier is located on the bay side of the island and is an excellent spot to spend time with your group fishing or even catching crabs together. Additional details are provided in our guest app. The community pool is also available for guest use with an additional fee. Pool hours and fees can vary depending on the dates of your reservation. HOUSE RULES
Early Check-ins: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the complications this causes for our cleaning staff.
Age Requirements: All guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout their entire stay.
Quiet hours: We ask that our guests please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to reasonable levels between the hours of 8pm to 8am.
Pets: This is a pet-friendly property (1-2 dogs depending on size, cats are not permitted). There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee. When completing your reservation, please be sure to check 'Pets' when selecting number of guests. This will automatically add the pet fee to your reservation. If you bring a pet without permission, you will be charged the $50 pet fee plus a $200 penalty fee. Please let us know ahead of time. (Please remove any pet waste from the yard prior to departure. This is not included in the cleaning fee and may create additional fees if removal of pet waste is required after your departure.)
Violations of house rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Examples include additional guests not listed on your reservation, unauthorized pets, violation of property age requirements, parties, etc.
