Feel at home and on vacation in this beautiful waterfront location! This lovely home has been professionally decorated, and features an open floor plan. All furniture, linens, and kitchen items are brand new!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a reading area and sliding glass doors leading to the pool and lanai. The master bathroom has two sinks and a large walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom also has a king size bed; the second bathroom, a full bath. Two separate living rooms feature Sofa Beds with queen size comfort mattresses (with optional removable pillow top). The kitchen comes complete with all necessities, including a Keurig coffee maker.
Enjoy an outdoor barbeque, with the convenience of the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Relax on the pool loungers overlooking the pool & canal! The large volleyball style pool is heated as needed, according to your desired temperature.
You will find pool toys and floats as well as a pool basketball hoop and volleyball net, beach toys, chairs and an umbrella.
Both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are 10 miles away. This location is also just a short distance from SWFL International Airport, both the Twins and Red Sox spring training facilities, world class golfing, boating, great shopping, and fabulous restaurants!

We are a family of 5; originally from Fort Myers and now live in Minnesota. Since leaving FL in 2004, we have looked year after year for the perfect vacation spot. We finally found the one we were looking for and are excited to share our piece of paradise!
Why they chose this property
Location! Our home is an easy drive from the SWFL International airport which is important after flying. The beaches are close and we have direct water access by boat. Not to mention the large volleyball style pool overlooking the canal. This home is perfect for vacation, entertaining, and convenient to everything! Whether you like the beach, boating, shopping, eating out, golfing or watching the Minnesota Twins or Boston Red Sox during spring training! It has it all!
What makes this property unique
This traditional FL style home with its Spanish flare caught our eye as soon as we drove by and we fell in love with it! It's a charming, lovely home with great character. The open floor plan, with bedrooms on each side of the house, and the 3 sliding glass door areas that lead outside give it that 'Florida vacation' feel. The outdoor kitchen is absolutely awesome for BBQ's and entertaining. The outside area next to the house has a picnic table and is surrounded by fruit trees and really neat plants. Fabulous beaches are only 10 miles away driving, and with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico getting to the beach by boat is unreal. The views are superb, and sitting down by the dock listening to the water is about as relaxing as it gets!
