At check in

At Check-in time the condominium charges a mandatory U$ 51.50 registration fee and it is non refundable. This fee it is the whole group for the whole stay ( one time fee) .

At check in you will receive a parking permit with your parking assigned number. Please always LEAVE the parking permit VISIBLE on the dashboard of your car. If not, the condo will booted the wheels and it will cost you U$ 61.50 . Please make sure to leave the parking permit VISIBLE on the dashboard of your car and park in the right parking space. thank you

In case of having a doubt before arriving or having an inconvenience during the stay with whom should I contact? Our FlatsAway office is located within the Ocean Reserve condo (Office CU-7) and we are open Monday through Friday from 9 am-5.30pm. You have rented a private apartment in a condominium not a hotel room therefore before your arrival if you have any questions please send us an email and we will respond within 48 hours hs. Please call us ONLY during office hours or in case of an emergency as we do not have a service customer service 24 hours.

* At what time is check- in time ? The rental period begins at 4:00PM on the day of arrival

* At what time is check-out time: The rental terminates at 11:00AM on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.

* Can I make an early check in ? We can't guarantee an early check in with anticipation due it is subject of availability. Please send us an email to just 2 days before your check in date to see if can be confirmed. The early check in fee is u$ 60.00 . If you want to guarantee an early check in you have to book the night before of arrival.

* Can I make a late check out ? We can't guarantee a late check out with anticipation. Please send us an email just 2 days before your check out date asking for this request. The late check out fee is u$ 60.00. If you want to guarantee a late check out then you have to book one more night.

* Can I have a crib ? Yes, It cost only U$ 60.00 for your entire stay. If you want to add it please send us your request

* This rental includes daily cleaning service ? No, the cleaning fee we have charged it is only to clean the apartment after your stay. Daily housekeeping it is possible for an extra charge.

* Can I send packages ? Yes, it has a cost of U$ 5.00 per package ( small packages) and U$ 10.00 big packages. Please send it only 1 week before arrival.

* Is the pool heated ? Yes

* Can I have beach chairs and umbrella ? Yes, we will provide you 2 beach chairs , an umbrella and 2 beach towels as a courtesy. If you need more please bring them.

* Where is the beach located ? Just across street ( less than 5 minutes away)

* Is parking included ? Yes, we will assigned you one free parking space. Parking can be cover or uncover. If you need additional parking space you have to use the valet parking service.

* Laundry Room: Washers and dryers . They are on each floor next to the main elevators you need the Commercial Laundries, Inc card ( you can buy them at the front desk) and can be recharged by credit card only, at the machine sited is on the wall of the ground floor next to the market.
