Weekend for ups and downs bicycle event.

This is the third time we stayed at this house. It’s a quiet spot with everything we need. There are wonderful hiking paths. Golfing is everywhere, but we don’t golf. We look forward to coming to Galena every year. We plan to come back next year for the Ups and Downs bicycle event.

Drama Break

The condo was very cute and comfortable. Everything was great no issues whatsoever. We just wanted to get away from it all and this was the perfect place. So quiet and scenic. I would highly recommend it for a couple or 2 couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of room to eat and play. We plan to go back again.

3-star but could easily be 5-star

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: The property was cute and roomy enough for 2 adults or 2 couples with one master bedroom suite upstairs and another bedroom with bath on the first floor. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils & pots & pans etc. Great location amidst trees, quiet neighborhood, nice walking paths near property, nice proximity to local attractions - Bushel & a Peck in Elizabeth - Gravity Falls - Fergetaboutit Winery in Hanover Things for management to note: *towels are threadbare and need to be replaced *spent the first 1/2 hour cleaning, wiping off kitchen counters (sticky), dusting bedrooms - very thick dust on headboard & lamps and wiping down bathroom sinks *cobwebs so bad between the window & screens we did not open bedroom windows. Would have been nice to sleep with windows open! * loved having screened in porch AFTER WE SWEPT it off & washed off the coffee table *when took off sheets/pillowcases at the end of our stay, the mattress pads & pillows were terribly stained Just a few changes and it could go from 3-star to a 5-star rating.

Fun Weekend in Galena

We enjoyed our stay in the Galena Territory and the rental was perfect for a weekend getaway. The layout with one bedroom/bathroom upstairs and me bedroom/bathroom on the main level was convenient. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Our only complaint would be needing some new bathroom towels. Would definitely stay here again!

Sisters Getaway in Galena

Nice accommodations for our sister's getaway weekend in Galena. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house was perfect size for us. It's about a 15-minute drive into Galena and was close to the Eagle Ridge Resort, walking trails, golf courses, owners club with pool and fitness center, etc. Didn't use the screened in porch as much as we would've liked to with the August heat wave.

Quiet location close to hiking trails. Passes to enter the marina for kayaking and pickle ball were easy to use. 2 bedrooms & 2 baths were both good sizes.

Great time in Galena

The cabin was perfect for what we wanted. The inside of the cabin was very nice and clean. The screened in porch could have been cleaner and the outside grill needs to be replaced. We loved the pool and downtown Galena was to Quaint. Over all we had a great weekend.

Comfy home away from home.

Great location to Galena. Accommodations were comfortable for 2 couples. Unfortunately a screen was missing from the upstairs bedroom window, so the window wasn’t able to be open. Upstairs bedroom seemed warm compared to downstairs. Some cobwebs were seen in window corners and wall corners. Window sills were pretty dirty. Outside deck table was in need of painting. If you can see past these “issues”, everything else was wonderful. Check in was super easy, used the code sent and went right in. We didn’t use any of the amenities (pool, gym, etc) so I can’t comment on those.

Cottage in the woods

Really charming little house in the woods. Stayed here for my brother’s Galena wedding. It was a nice location. The Galena territory is HUUUGE. House was nice. Clean. Only gripe was that the towels seemed really old. Clean, but old. New ones would be highly recommended. Or bring your own.

Relaxing in Galena

The upstairs bedroom and bath have been updated. The table and chairs on the deck could use some attention. The front screen door and screen door from the porch to the deck could be replaced. Jo was very prompt and attentive to my concern. She promptly answered the phone and immediately addressed my concern. My husband and I really enjoyed the screened porch. It was perfect for reading and listening to the many birds that were in the wooded area of the backyard.
