Beachfront! Escape to our exquisite three bedroom, two bathroom condo, perfectly situated in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Prepare to be mesmerized by the panoramic ocean views that greet you upon arrival. This fully equipped oasis boasts a harmonious blend of comfort and style. Each bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, cable TV, while the bathrooms radiate elegance. Step out onto the balcony and savor the unforgettable vistas of the sparkling ocean. With easy access to the city's vibrant attractions, including renowned dining, exciting nightlife, and endless entertainment options, your stay here will be an experience to treasure. Don't miss out on this remarkable Myrtle Beach getaway!

The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The pool is heated in April and October weather permitting. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen Smart TVs, and high-speed internet and cable. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Have been coming to the Anchorage for 30 plus years. The only downside was the property was being painted on the outside. Got a message to remove the furniture from the balcony and put it in the outside hallways on before Sunday morning which we did. The main joy of my wife was sitting on the balcony in the morning and having her coffee. By Tuesday the lifts necessary to reach the 3rd floor hadn't even arrived so I drug a chair back to the balcony every day for her to enjoy her morning. when we left on Saturday the painters hadn't got to our balcony. I did commercial painting for years and did many large apartment complexes and the management companies always made sure that we didn't inconvenience the residents more than a day or so. This was back before e-mail and text messages. In this day and age it should be no problem to manage things a lot better than what was done. Communication has got a lot worse the last few years. Our first reservation got canceled for an odd reason and a lot of communication responses were just form responses.
