Ideally located in Desert Ridge, this updated home has everything you need for your visit to North Phoenix/Scottsdale. The property features desert views from the primary bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated workspace with two monitors.

With multiple bike paths and parks within walking distance, and a variety of dining and entertainment options less than a mile away, you will fall in love with the area. The fully-enclosed, pet-friendly backyard allows you to the enjoy the weather.

The cozy open concept living room has a 65" smart TV and comfortable seating for five people. The dining room table can seat four people, and the kitchen island can seat an additional three people on barstools. There is a half bathroom downstairs.

The fully-stocked kitchen includes all basic cookware, cooking utensils, food storage containers, a Keurig coffeemaker, deluxe refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, and dishwasher. There is ample cabinet and pantry storage, as well as a crepe maker, crock pot, and waffle maker.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king size bed, a 65" smart TV, an updated primary bathroom with a large walk-in closet, a dresser, and a full-length floor mirror.

The guest bedrooms and another bathroom are also located upstairs. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and a 55" smart TV, and the other has a full size bed, a desk, and two 27" monitors.

The fully-enclosed pet-friendly backyard offers a patio table with two chairs and an umbrella, as well as two lounge chairs. The two car garage has additional shelving in case you need it.

You will have full access to the entire property, including the garage, all of the closets, and the community park and playground. There are two parking spots in the garage and two more in the driveway directly in front of the garage.

You will receive a code to the front door for contactless check-in. We live locally and can assist however we are needed. We lived in this house for six years and really love the neighborhood. Please let us know if there is anything you need and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The house is 1270 sqft and has a main driveway that is shared by four other houses. You have access to the two car garage and can park two additional cars in the driveway. Street parking is discouraged by the HOA.

If you are a light sleeper, please be aware that there is a small amount of road noise.
