Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of front door and back yard. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.

Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $250 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $100 applies for short-term stays or $250 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet.
