The space
THE MAIN HOUSE
This home features 2 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2.5 baths. Central heating throughout. The entry opens to a spacious mudroom, ideal for drying winter clothing.

THE STUDIO ABOVE THE GARAGE
The detached studio, a bright, newly built space above the garage, features high ceilings and natural light. - Back yard sledding is not allowed

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Tidy up the kitchen
- Take all garbage to the bear proof dumpster in front of the house
- Return garage door opener to shelf in garage
- Lock house and return keys to hook
