When city life has got you down, a genuine country escape is your only answer. Set amidst the rolling countryside and pasture fields at the end of a private road, this home is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of down town. The natural tranquility of a 32 acre country farm surrounds the home with stocked fish pond, total creek frontage, wildlife viewing all from the comforts of a covered wrap around deck.
Inside you’ll find a lovely contemporary furnished 3 bedroom home with loft. The open floor plan on the lower level allows you to enjoy making memories with the family while preparing meals in the full equipped kitchen. The living room is set up with HD Roku TV with streaming. Each bedroom on the main level features queen size beds, TV and DVD players and private baths. The master bedroom is located on the upper level with king size bed, Roku TV with streaming, private balcony and master bath. In the open loft you can exit onto the private balcony that overlooks the creek and pond. Also features 2 twin trundle beds.
With the covered wrap around porch enjoy watching the family have lots of entertainment with a game of horse shoes, fishing, roasting marsh mellows at the fire pit or just rocking on the porch.

Wireless Internet with Starlink and Wifi Calling. Please note that the more devises that are connected to the Wi-Fi--the slower your service will be! CELL PHONE coverage at the home is very spotty or non-existent for some carriers. Wifi calling has worked well with Starlink.

For those that are adventurous, there are many recreational events in the surrounding area for you to enjoy. Among these are hiking, mountain biking, guided fishing trips, white water rafting, zip lines, wild life viewing, waterfall tours, Blue Ridge Parkway, shopping, sight seeing and many more. Areas of interest: approximately an hour from shopping and museums of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge TN, Maggie Valley NC, Cherokee, NC. For the Nascar Fans we are approximately 80 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway.

Peaceful

We had a delightful stay and loved the functional floorpan. It was very clean and we lacked for nothing. The property exterior was a beautiful wrap around porch overlooking beautiful lush grass and a large pond. We flew kites, fish, went for country drives and met some nearby cows. This is exactly what we look for when looking to spend some together time.

Family Christmas

This was the perfect home for my family to meet for Christmas. Plenty of beds and room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Close enough to travel to pigeon forge for activities. We really enjoyed seeing the otter family play in the pond beside the house. Will definitely stay again

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location!

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect with plenty of space. My 1 yr old grandson was with and they had a gate for stairs and high chair in closet. They were both very helpful. The house had a great layout. Weather was beautiful to sit on porch at night while others enjoyed hot tub. Overall the house was perfect.

Perfect rural farm getaway

The house is big, modern, comfortable and very clean. The house is in a rural area which leads to a peaceful and tranquil stay. Loved it!

The property was perfect, very quiet and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Our only complaint is that there was a note to take the trash to a trash station down the road but we checked out on a Sunday morning and it was closed so we had to take our bags of trash 500 miles home.

Great family getaway

We had 6 people spanning 3 generations and the house was great! There was a space for the kids and the grandparents to be separate when needed and the parents to go between the two. The hot tub was great for relaxing and the wrap around porch was awesome for storm watching. We very much enjoyed our week in TN!

Comfortable country living

We selected this property as a place to stay a few days before a relative's wedding in Parrotsville. Communication with the host went smoothly and replies to my questions were answered quickly. The home is located "out in the country" so it's quiet and away from noise and light pollution. We'd like to come back down and stay when it's warmer so we can sit outside and enjoy it more (our rental took place in March). There are several farms nearby and we enjoyed our cow "parade" every morning around 8 - 8:30 as the cows walked past the back of the house (on the other side of the fence), close enough to watch from the back deck. All in all a great rental.

Great Family Vacation

Amazing place in Parrotsiville!

We had the most amazing time here! The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was spacious and everyone had a place to sleep. There were 3 bedrooms and a loft area with 3 full baths. We had a surprise barbecue and everyone was comfortable. It was even raining outside so we had to bring everyone inside and everyone was still comfortable. The house was clean and the rooms were perfect. If you are going to be in this area I would recommend it to anyone! I know we will be back. We did not have any problems, but communication was superb for the couple of questions I had.
