I have owned this house for about 10 years and the location being one block from Downtown Overland Park can't be beat. It is my favorite location in theenitre Kansas City Metro with tons of shops, restaurants and great highway access to explore everything the city has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The covered patio, finished basement and large backyard offers a unique blend of features that is tough to find anywhere else.
