"Perfect runaway" in quiet bay with sea view and heated pool -app for 3 - Mona 2

Object Villa Mona is located in Ražanj, traditional fishing village situated 30 km from Šibenik and 40 km from Split. Small and quiet place with exceptionally clear sea and well preserved nature.
Two national parks are located near Šibenik, Krka (waterfall on the river ) and Kornati (beautiful islands).

Apartment 2 is on first floor and has one bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed. Apartment is air conditioned with TV satellite channels, has a free Wi-Fi and it is located 30 meters from the beach.
It has a private balcony overlooking the sea. Also have well equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories.

Apartment Mona 2 is a part of complex Villa Mona, which is composed from two houses and seven apartment, offers private parking and guests can relax in the outdoor pool with its sun shower and lounges which give a wonderful view on the bay. The pool is heated so it offers pleasant swimming in preseason and postseason period.

Please be aware:
Refundable security deposit 100 eur (on arrive).
Tourist registration fee (kurtaxe) not included in price (mandatory on arrive upon local low).

Pool is shared so there are few asks need to be respected for safety and health reasons only ( please no glass around and in the pool, no food around and in the pool and it is not allowed to smoke around and in the pool). Also, please be aware to respect other guests right to have a rest in a pool area. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Das App. TOP, alles da, was im Urlaub so gebraucht wird, sogar Geschirrspültabs, Waschmittel . Pool - ein Knüller, superbequeme Liegen, Restaurant, Minimarkt und Meer in ca 100 m Entfernung. In den Ort mit mehreren Restaurants geht man ca. 1 km

Super Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein und fein. Sie liegt Nahe des Meers (nur 1 Gehminute, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon). Es war sehr sauber und alles da (unserer Erfahrung nach mehr als üblich in Ferienwohnungen, leider „nur“ ein Elektrogrill). Der Pool ist genau richtig und ebenso sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Simona war wertschätzend und prompt. Der Check-In und Check-Out fand persönlich durch eine sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin von Simona statt. Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden!

This little condo is fabulous
Our trip was an adventure from a transportation standpoint but the condo was amazing. The view was spectacular. The small town was so peaceful and convenient. There is a waterfront restaurant just a short walk away and the town of razanj was very easy to get to. We took several day trips to Trojir, Zadar and Marina and this location makes getting there very easy. We really didn’t want to leave and look forward to coming back again

sehr schöner Urlaub zum Ausspannen und Baden
ein sehr schöner Platz zum Ausspannen super schöner Pool, sauber , gepflegt, gute Liege-und Sitzmöglichkeiten Wohnung sauber, für 2 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet mitbringen sollte man Gewürze Toilettenpapier und Mülltüten, werden nicht gestellt eher als Bade- und Erholungsurlaub geeignet

Schöne Aussicht!
Wir waren mit 2 Pers. in Appartement 2 untergebracht. + :Die Bilder stimmen mit dem Original überein, einzig von Bad wurde ein Panoramabild gemacht. Es ist aber trotzdem mehr als ausreichend für 2 Leute. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse (überdacht) ist einmalig und abends kann man den schönen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das Meer erreicht man in 3 min zu Fuß. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem, perfekt für 2. Die Regendusche im Bad ist schön. - :keine Waschmaschine (wie in der Beschreibung angegeben), Ameisen in der Küche und keine Mittel vom Vermieter erhalten (trotz Anfrage vor Ort mussten wir selbst was kaufen!), Gewürze fehlten, Besteck etwas wenig, vor allem Teelöffel fehlen, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sind veraltet, nach allem muss gefragt werden (zu wenig Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtücher und Müllbeutel, Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher!!), in den letzten zwei Tagen ununterbrochener Lärm von einer Gruppe junger Leute über uns, trotz mehrmaliger Konsultation von Simona als auch dem Host vor Ort bekamen wir keine Unterstützung, im Gegenteil, es herrschte Unverständnis für unsere Beschwerde. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber wir waren auch kaum im Appartement. Zum frühstücken (mit schönem Meerblick!) und schlafen reicht es super! Für 4 Leute ist es nicht zu empfehlen, für ein Paar reicht der Platz sehr gut. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gerade noch so ok für die Ausstattung des Appartements. Wir werden nächstes Jahr unseren Urlaub in Kroatien jedoch NICHT wieder im gleichen Appartement Komplex verbringen (trotz sehr netter Nachbarn!). Wir erwarten für den Preis eigentlich etwas besseres. Die Vermieterin Simona wurde von uns über alle Kritikpunkte informiert und hat uns versprochen die erwähnten Sachen zu prüfen!

Ein tolles Apartment in einer wunderschönen Lage
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in toller Atmosphäre und bester Lage. Anfangs war es uns fast etwas zu ruhig, aber nachdem wir die in der Nähe gelegene Stadt Rogoznica entdeckt hatten, hat das alles wieder wett gemacht. Von dort aus konnten wir Bootsausflüge und Shoppingtouren machen und einen wunderbaren Kiesstrand mit nahegelegener Parkmöglichkeit finden, auch einige nette Restaurant gibt es dort. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es auch in Razanj, nicht weit vom Apartment entfernt, allerdings gefiel es uns in Rogoznica einfach besser. Zwischen Razanj und Rogoznica fährt in den Abendstunden auch ein Bootstaxi hin und her. Als weiteres Ausflugsziel wo man mehrmals hinfahren kann, da es so viel zu sehen und zu shoppen gibt: Trogir. Eine wunderschöne, romantische Stadt mit vielen Kirchen, einer Burg, einem schönen Hafen mit Promenade, vielen kleinen verwinkelten Gassen und einem riesigen Souvenir-Markt. Eine absolute Empfehlung möchte ich abgeben für das Restaurant Prstac. Die Bedienung war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, superfreundlich, das Essen war ein Traum, ebenso wie die Athmosphäre, wir waren in unserem 10-tägigen Urlaub 4x dort und jederzeit war alles top! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und direkt am Pool gelegen, was unsere Kids natürlich geliebt haben. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist traumhaft. Zwei kleine Mankos: Für 4 Personen ist das Apartment fast ein wenig klein, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer spricht nicht gerade für seinen Comfort. Und: Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren uns viel zu hart, wir hatten leider täglich mit Schlafproblemen und Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen, aber das kommt wohl auch drauf an, wie man es gewohnt ist. Die Mama der Gastgeberin war jederzeit sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, unsere Schmutzwäsche hatten wir jedesmal innerhalb 1 Tag wieder, die Kids haben Schokolade von ihr bekommen und sie konnte uns ein paar gute Ausflugstipps geben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub und ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Vue splendide
Bel appartement très propre avec une terrasse dotée d'une vue magnifique.Bien situé pour visiter les villes de Trogir, Split et Sibénik.On a apprécié la piscine commune à plusieurs logements mais très calme quand nous y étions avec de nombreux transats ou fauteuils, l'accès facile à la baignade en mer ,pas de plage mais un ponton avec une échelle bien aménagée.Accueil parfait .A recommander sans hésiter.
