Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored to a wonderful home with hot tub,cozy beds/linens/furniture, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, game room, 5 baths, outdoor fenced yard, grill, firepit, & bar. WALK to award winning restaurants, coffee, ice cream, local shops, the village green, scenic train station, town rec center, golf, the Saco, hiking Whitaker Woods, Ski Museum, Cranmore. Close attractions, kyak, adventure/water park, 5 ski resorts, story land, rivers, etc

NO ADDITIONAL GUEST, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, without prior written approval. MUST HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY AND FOLLOW POSTED RULES for hot tub, fire pit and CHECK OUT.

PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

Great for up to 4-5 families!! 4,000+ sq feet, like 4 apartments in one house, 4 heat zones, 4 hot water heaters. Included is all your linens, towels , WIFI, 2 laundry, 3 HD tv's, xbox, superchex bubble hockey, a smart tv. NEW LOFT/KID HANG OUT AREA.

The village hosts several wonderful restaurants, breakfast spots, bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream, a country club, scenic rail road, outdoor ice skating, a rec center and dozens of other stores and attractions. With in a mile of Cranmore Ski Resort and a short drive to Attitash, Wild Cat and Mt. Washington.

You are directly in the Village, so you can walk to several attrractions, and can access by bus.

Must follow check out procedures, which include stripping the beds, starting the laundry, cleaning dishes, and taking trash to the dumpster on property.

SUMMER CHECK OUT is 10am (Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Rates and min nights may need adjusting for seasonality.
- MUST FOLLOW GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY, house rules and community regulations or risk loss of security deposit, fines up to $1000 and early termination of your stay.
- Must observe town's 10PM sound ordinance and state disorderly laws. No late night noise or events. Must keep max occupancy as stated on your reservation.
- Pets NEED PRIOR APPROVAL
-No Fireworks (sparklers, snaps ok)
- SURVEILLANCE cameras on property
- Must follow parking and trash procedures
- Certain peak weekends, holiday may require mins stay or rate adjustment

Fantastic ski/Super Bowl weekend
Four families/16 people for three nights- had a fun time skiing, watching to Super Bowl and checking out the local shopping and breweries/restaurants. Tons of space for all families to spread out, having two kitchen spaces was perfect and the beds were sssooo comfy! Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi too! The house was very clean and comfortable and we would absolutely recommend this spot to others. Already considering a return visit for our crew!

My extended family, including 12 people ages 15–53, had an excellent stay at this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The hot tube was a huge hit as well! The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to dinner and shops. We would definitely stay again!

Multi-family vacation
We had a wonderful stay in North Conway at the former Otter Ski Club. Our group had 4 families, including 9 adults and 4 kids aged 3 to 7. The house was a great size for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but also gather together for meals. Three of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with tubs) were on the first floor, and the remaining 4+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 with a tub, 2 with showers) were on the 2nd floor. The house was well equipped with all linens provided, plenty of towels, dishes, coffee machines, and all the essentials for cooking meals at home, plus 2 sets of laundry machines. The yard was a good size, with a nice fire pit set up and good quality grill, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. It was also very clean for a house that size. It was a short 5 minute walk in to the village, which has a good size playground, and Zeb's General Store was a hit with the kids. The location is also a short drive to Storyland as well as easy hikes for kids (Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths). Overall we had a really great time and would definitely go back to the North Conway area again, and would absolutely consider staying at the Otter Ski Club again for a big group.

Annual family vacation
Our family had a great time, as we always do! This location was perfect with easy access to main street shopping and places to eat, grab a coffee or treat. It was also a quick drive to lots of great river spots and hikes. The house doesn’t have a big inside area for everyone to easily gather together if you have a big group but we made it work and had lots of fun playing cards, making meals, etc. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioners in all the bedrooms were very appreciated and really nice to have lots of bathrooms. The yard had lots of room and the fire pit was great. The house and yard definitely need some care and maintenance. It would improve the overall feel and experience of the home.

Easter weekend
My 94 year old mother wanted a family weekend for easter. There was 18 of us from age 2 to 94. The house was great so big you would get lost. Scott was so nice and helpful answered any ? Helped us get a chef to cook. The hot tub was nice for family kids loved it .It was so close to down town we walked there alot. I give the place a 10.

Family getaway to North Conway
We had family visiting from out of state, so we all decided to get a house up north, and chose this because of the location, size and fun factor. We had 4 kids (age 5-12) that loved playing in the house and yard. Hot tub was a big hit as well. We all could easily walk to town to the many bakeries/ and restaurants. The house was just as advertised: clean, comfortable, and easy to relax to enjoy each others company. Owners were great with communication and there was zero confusion during our stay. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for a long ski weekend with 5 families and kids. 2 blocks from the center and close to skiing. Neat house with lots of places for kids to both hang out together or chill alone. Hot tub barn was awesome

Ski trip extended weekend
Great property, perfectly located to be walkable to restaurants and offerings of north Conway. Easily drivable to all of the local ski mountains. The house itself was very nice and clean and easily fit our large group with good sized beds. The kitchen is large and very well stocked and made it easy to cook for our large group. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting N Conway with a large group.
