Sunny Moorings Condo on the bayside of Gulf Shore Boulevard North across from the beach. Easy walk to Via Miramar beach and Horizon Way beach. This two bed/two bath condo, owned by Naples watercolorist, is the perfect blend of comfort and style. Queen bed in the master and twins in the guest room with nice linens and coastal accents. The Bordeaux Club offers a lovely pool courtyard overlooking the bay. New chairs, tables, and bar offer the perfect setting for poolside lounging as well as lunches and dinners on the water. The Bordeaux Club is a nice community and friendly environment with social activities galore. Building has an elevator for convenience and home comes with beach chairs, pool towels, and everything you need to enjoy your daily living. Fabulous proximity and walking distance to Venetian Village shops and restaurants! Minimum 60 days rental. Renters must fill out application and be approved by the HOA

As a realtor and designer based in Sanibel, my family and I enjoy this condo for its nearby shops and restaurants as well as for all the benefits of living in SW Florida. We love the ease of living, the walks to Venetian Village, the friendly atmosphere and nearby friends and family. The condo has all of the amenities and comforts to settle in after a day on the beach or a day at Waterside. Sit by the dock and watch the boats, enjoy cards by the pool, or walk across to the beach for sunset! This is one of my favorite places!

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to the Moorings section of Naples since the 1960s. We love this part of town for proximity to the beach, elegant streets for walking and nearby shops, tennis, golf and everything the Gulf Coast has to offer!

What makes this property unique

The Bordeaux Club is a premier community with a lovely grounds and a wonderful group of residents and longer term renters. It’s a low-key bayside condo with lots of amenities! Be as social or as quiet as you like and enjoy your everyday life at The Bordeaux Club!
