Perfect location in Hyannis! Walk to beaches and downtown Hyannis

This is a charming, clean, updated condo in the perfect location for any vacation!
Landlord beach pass is included so you can park and enter free at all beaches/ponds/lakes in Barnstable County!! No need to drive to Sea Street Beach and Keyes Beach which are a 5 minute walk away- all beach gear, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart provided.
If you don't mind jumping in the car for a 3 minute drive, enjoy Kalmus Beach which has a great concession stand and changing/bath rooms, and Veterans Beach with a big playground for kids, picnic area and walk to JFK Memorial.
Right along Ocean Ave you can catch ferries to the islands or perhaps a fishing, whale watch or boat tour.
Stroll down to Main Street where there are restaurants, bars, shops, bowling, carousel, museums, arcades, etc for any kind of entertainment!
Of course Hyannis is the hub and at the center of Cape Cod, so taking day trips to Provencetown, National Seashore, Woods Hole, etc. is convenient. The Cape Cod Mall is nearby with arcades, bowling, shops and movie theatre.
The condo is tastefully furnished and has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen bed and half bathroom. The other large bedroom has a queen bed plus 2 twin beds, and a pack n play - ideal for families! Both have closets and plenty of room for storage. Downstairs the kitchen has a table with 6 chairs and is fully stocked. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and a washer and dryer. The living room has a 42" Smart TV with cable and WiFi, and has access to the deck. Relax on the deck with a book on the chaise lounge or grill (gas grill) and enjoy a meal at the patio table and 4 chairs. There are two reserved parking places right in front of the condo, no driveways to deal with. There is a large lawn/yard area for kids to play.

The Sea Street property was an excellent value within walking distance to several beaches and main street and the Hyannis harbor. While older, the condo was clean and in good shape -- everything worked, promised amenities were provided. Good deal!

This property was so perfect. We walked to the beach and all supplies you need are there. The property manager / owner was wonderful. I had questions about a tornado warning for the area and she was fast and responsive. I hope to be back soon! Great setup and sleeping arrangements.

Great Location

This is our third time staying at this condo. We love the location and proximity to both the beach and shopping. They’ve got pretty much everything you could possibly need outside of bringing your clothes and some food. Check in and out is super easy. The landlord beach pass is a great amenity.

Sweet Little Spot in a Great Location

This unit was perfect for my spouse and me, close to the beach and Main Street Hyannis. It’s clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, beach cart with chairs, comfortable beds. We were really happy with it.

Perfect for me and my husband, but could definitely be good for 4 people with the half bath. Great location, very short drive to beaches and Main St. Hyannis. Owner was great and always quick to answer any questions.

First time at the cape

The property at hyannis was very nice and perfect for 4 adults. Roomy and nicely decorated. We were close to beaches and Main Street where we shopped and ate when weather was rainy. We also took a fast ferry to Nantucket and spent another day in province town. All planned before Elsa hit. I would recommend this property to first timers. It was a good time. Lobster rolls at Skippers a must.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. Had everything we needed to spend some quality today me with our adult kids. The condo was perfect for us, fully equipped, 2 large bedrooms, all appliances and grill. 1/4 mile from the beach (pass included), less than a mile from downtown Hyannis. Might book it again in the future.

My family and I were very pleased with renting this home. It is located quite close to downtown Hyannis and several nearby beaches. The home is tastefully furnished and the big plus for us was the washer & dryer in the 1st floor bathroom. Both second floor bedrooms had window A/C units and the whole first floor was also air conditioned. Communication with the owner was never an issue and she responded back promptly. I would recommend this home and hope to rent it again in the future!!!

This is the place to stay in Hyannis

This was the second time that my wife and I stayed at this property. Every thing you need is provided. It is walking distance to the beach. Close to everything in town. We are planning on returning again next summer.

Fab Place to Stay

Stayed here out of season in a April so a bit quiet, however the property is excellent. It is in a great location near to the beach and the town centre, but away from it all as well. I would imagine in the summer when things get a bit crowded, it would be even better for location. Both bedrooms are great, and have ample space. Amenities in the house are all you could ask for and it is close enough to most things that you can’t not get anything you need - there is a nice convenience store just up the road. Owner’s communication is excellent. Well worth the stay

Why they chose this property

I wanted a place to be close to my grandchildren who live on the Cape, to have family and friends stay when they're visiting. I rented this property for 2 weeks every summer for 5 years, and fell in love with it. When the owner decided to sell, I jumped at the chance. My husband and I totally enjoy being able to walk to the beach, and walk to Main St. Hyannis for breakfast when we're here. The mall and shops are minutes away, or we can sit on the deck and read. We love to take the grandkids to Main St. for carousel rides, the arcade, and of course, ice cream.

What makes this property unique

This condo is great and also unique, with the front porch and back yard deck. There is plenty of room to eat at the dining table or sit around watching TV. The 2nd bedroom is large enough for a family of 5 to sleep in comfort (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 pakNplay). The main feature, though, is the location. A 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Main St Hyannis.
We provide a beach pass so guests can drive 3-5 minutes to other beaches and ponds in Barnstable. Hyannis is the center of Cape Cod, where you can drive anywhere from Provincetown to Falmouth. The ferries, tourboats, fishing boats, buses, trains, etc. all leave from Hyannis. Hyannis Center has so many great restaurants and stores, too numerous to mention and Melody Tent is up the street. There is always a festival, car show, performance or craft fair taking place on Main Street during the summers.
