I knew a partner that was looking for a garage so I made a phone call visited the property again and made an offer, negotiated and purchased It.
I took charge of the House and my Partner took charge of the Garage.
This house sat empty 5 years before I purchased it

This home is cozy and comfortable. The more you’re in it the Home the more comfortable you become. This building is one of the oldest if not the oldest building in the small town of Roaring Spring Pennsylvania.
