Self check-in anytime after 3 PM, one free parking spot, and access to paid laundry machines. Free luggage storage before check-in/after check-out. A 24/7 supermarket is 5 minutes away.

• Situated on the 6th floor with an incredible ocean view from the private balcony
• Features 2 double beds
• Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay.
• No pool
Guest access:
• Luggage storage in the lobby area.
• Direct access to the beach, open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM (hours may vary).
• Includes one free parking space in the garage.
• Beach chairs and an umbrella rentals are available on the beach.
• Laundry facilities are available daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Machines are token-operated, with tokens purchasable from the lobby during weekday hours ($3.00 per token).
Other things to note:
• Conveniently located: 5 minutes from SJU Airport, 10 minutes to the Convention District, 15 minutes to Plaza Las Américas, and 35 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest
• Power outages are a possibility. The building's generator powers only common areas (e.g., elevators) and not the unit.
• WiFi Enabled Smart T/V
• One towel set per guest is provided for the duration of your stay; no mid-stay replenishment.
