This fully renovated cottage is directly across the street from the Ipswich River and the vibrant Ipswich Town Wharf, 'Great Neck'.
If you've always wanted to bring your boat with you to do some exploring around Cape Ann, this is the place you've been looking for! There is a very large driveway that can easily accommodate a small/moderately sized boat.
This inviting home is close to everything Ipswich and Cape Ann!

-The cottage is in a residential area, no parties, events or loud activity allowed. It is extremely important to be respectful of the neighbors.
-Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property.
- Must be at least 23 years of age to book this location

The town wharf is a vibrant part
of Ipswich. Fisherman, Clammers and boaters use the wharf daily. It’s exciting to have a front row seat to people putting in and taking out their boats.
In addition to boating, the location is ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skis - any water sport!
The Little River Mart is just a stones throw away. They carry fresh baked goods, delicious sandwiches, beer and wine.
Ipswich town center is just a 5 minute walk!
