RENTAL BY SEASON - VILAGE IN ITACIMIRIM
Vilage new, duplex, with 3/4, 2 suites, air conditioning in all rooms, toilet, large living room with television and sky owning the brazilian football package, American kitchen all equipped with appliances and utensils, gourmet balcony with private barbecue (only vilage in itacimirim with private barbecue, differential), master suite upstairs with balcony and closet. Bed and bath linens are provided at no extra cost.
It has an internal parking space by vilage. The condominium has 3 places for visitors and the outer street that is almost private of the condominium.
Infrastructure The condominium has a large swimming pool and a smaller pool for children, kiosk with tables and chairs around the pool, playground with zip line, small square and tennis court.
Located on the middle island, easy access to the beach of the waiting, distance of less than 700m.
Itacimirim is still close to those who want to visit Praia do Forte and other beaches on the north coast of Bahia.
Really a place to rest and enjoy at the same time.

Semana Santa (2018)

Bom dia! Passamos a semana santa, neste Village, com pessoas idosos, onde todos gostaram da estrutura interna do Village com tudo funcionando bem, como também a parte externa do condomínio, ambiente bem familiar, saudável, organizado, limpo, estruturas conservadas etc. Além do proprietário ser bem atencioso.

Excelente!

Gostamos muito da estadia. O apto é ótimo, agradável e tudo nele é muito bem cuidado. Não nos faltou nada, o Village tem uma piscina muito boa para crianças e adultos. Orlando é atencioso e tudo foi bem tranquilo. Nota 10 para o espaço da mesa de refeições e churrasqueira. Recomendo!

CASA EXCELENTE, DONO SUPER ATENCIOSO!!!

Excelente casa, localização ótima em um lugar muito bom, bem espaçosa, todos os equipamentos funcionam perfeitamente (tv, ar condicionados, forno, geladeiras e etc). Casa equipada com todos os utensílios necessários ( liquidificador, vasilhas, garrafas, secador e etc), durante a nossa estadia a piscina e quintal sempre limpos. O dono é super atencioso e prestativo, nos sentimos muito felizes no imóvel. A casa apresenta todos os itens constantes na descrição do imóvel. Muito obrigada Orlando!

Excelente village no Litoral Norte!

O imóvel de Orlando é realmente excelente, equipado com utensílios de qualidade e decorado com bom gosto. Há todos os itens necessários para o preparo de refeições ou de um churrasco. Tudo muito novo, em perfeitas condições de uso. O condomínio é bem cuidado, tem equipe de funcionários prestativa e ótima estrutura. A piscina é muito boa. Orlando, proprietário, esteve sempre disponível a nos auxiliar para uma boa estada. Recomendo sem restrições.

Vilage novíssimo! Móveis e utensílios de bom gosto! Proprietário absolutamente atencioso! Mto. Bom!

Foram 13 dias absolutamente agradáveis. Nos sentimos em casa. O imóvel é excepcional, absolutamente novo e totalmente equipado, sem qlq improviso. Roupas de cama e banho novíssimas; condomínio seguro e agradável. Só agradecimentos ao proprietário (Orlando), que esteve sempre atento a proporcionar uma estadia excelente.
